Abstract

A new invention of aluminum extrusion profile which used for shop fitting or exhibition modular cabinet/shelf is disclosed. The overall structure is square, normally use for side column of the cabinet/shelf. It comes with two decoration sides and two functional sides. 3 notches located in the functional sides, two of them used for connect to other extrusion profile, combined into the framework for the modular cabinet/shelf. One is used for installing glass and shelf holder, the space inside is able to fit the wire that supplies power for the light of the cabinet. Advantage of this aluminum extrusion profile: great internal space to fit wires, install mobile glass and shelf holder, easily adjust up and down. The overall construction is compact and stylish, achieved the standardization and serialization for the modular cabinet/shelf, convenience for transport and assembly. It belongs to the application of aluminum extrusion profile technology. Background Art [0002] The current side column aluminum of the modular cabinet/shelf on the market, always struggle on its bulky volume, fragility, not extendable, and the limited choice, therefore not able to meet the needs of the business needs, however, cabinet/shelf used for commercial space has become a modem business trends. Summary of Invention 2 [0003] The proposed aluminum extrusion profile, aimed to overcome the above defects that trapped existing technology, will fully meet the rapid increasing commercial needs by its compact, solid, ingenious structure design. [0008] When connecting with other multifunction dual-slot aluminum extrusion profile by our designed lock, longitudinally, a MDF board or chipboard as the side or rear panel can be insert into notch, therefore, the whole system can be easily and quickly assembly. [0009] In order to improve the supporting strength if the extrusion profile, section 10 and section 11 are connect with section (12) and (13), together with section (14), a triangular force will be formed, so that maximum the stability of the structure. [0010] As seen in figure 2, the gap for notch (5) and notch (6) are 4.4mm with depth 7mm. The gap can be insert a 4mm MDF board or chipboard which is the most common in the market. The width for notches (7) is 4.2mm and gap (8), used for adjustable glass holder and wire width 8.9 mm and depth 16.7mm. The connector interface (9) has a length of 14mm and a width of 14mm. Claims (5)

1. An outlet vent for shape of an aluminum extrusion profile, which design for the side column of a modular cabinet/shelf. As shown in figure 1, characterized in a square shape, side length is 25mm and thickness is 2mm. Section (15), section (4) and section (16) located at the rear side of the column. Notch (6) is between section (15) and section (4), north (7) used for adjustable glass holder and shelf holder is between section (16) and section (4). North (5) used for connect front horizontal extrusion profile. Section (2) is perpendicular to the section (15), and section (3) is perpendicular to the section (16), section (17) is perpendicular to the section (1). Notch (8) used for install wire is connect with notch (7) and inner space (9) lay on the other side of the profile.
2. A vent according to claim 1 wherein said section (11) is perpendicular to section (2), which is connecting to section (13). Section (13) is extended to section (14) and section (4). On the other side, section (12) is extended to section (3) and section (14). Section (10) is perpendicular to section (1), which connects to section (12).
3. A vent according to claim 1 wherein said the aluminum extrusion profile, characterized in that both the section (5) and section (6) are width 4.4mm and depth 7mm. Notch (7) width 4.2mm and Notch (8) for wire width 8.9mm, depth 16.7mm. Both of the length and width of the interface (9) are 14mm. Section (10) and section (11) with length 8.74mm and thickness 2mm. Section (12) and section (13) with length 5.8 1mm and thickness 1.5mm. Section 2 (14) is thick 1.5mm. Section (15) with length 5.8mm, thickness 2mm, section (16) with length 3.8mm and thickness 2mm. Section (17) with length 5.8mm and thickness 2mm.

A vent according to claim 1 wherein said the inner angle between section (13) and section (4) is 1210, outer angle is 590, also the inner angle between section (12) and section (3) is 121', outer angle is 59'.
