The invention is easy to be welded, convenient for operation, and beneficial for enhancing the production efficiency.

Description A Brush Carrier Technical Field The invention relates to a brush carrier and belongs to technical field of DC motor production. Technical Background The brush carrier is used for fixing the brush and plays a role of guiding for the brush, in present technology, the brush cord electrically fixed with the brush is commonly welded with the welding spot on the brush carrier board, then the lead connected with the power source is welded with the welding spot. When above mentioned structure is adopted, the brush cord and the lead can be welded after aligning with the welding spot, the welding is difficult and the operation thereof is inconvenient, the production efficiency is influenced. Invention Content The purpose of the invention is to provide a brush carrier which is easy for welding, convenient for operation, beneficial for enhancing production efficiency, and solves problems of present technology that the welding between the brush cord and the lead is difficult, the operation thereof is inconvenient, the production efficiency is influenced and so on. Above mentioned technical purpose of the invention are mainly solved through technical proposals as follows: a brush carrier comprises left and right side walls, a top wall connecting the left side wall with the right side wall and a back wall, a brush cord sliding groove is formed on the top wall, the lower ends of said left and right side walls are respectively evaginated to form flanks, and the end parts of said flanks form splits. In the invention, the end parts of the flanks form splits, when welding, the brush cord and lead only need to be placed in the splits of two side flanks respectively, the operation and welding are quite convenient, and the invention is beneficial to enhance the production efficiency. Preferably, the lower ends of said left and right side walls corresponding to both sides of the flanks are respectively provided with pins used for plug-and-socket fixing with the brush carrier board. Wherein, the pins can be plugged in the sockets formed on the brush carrier board, the installation of the brush carrier onto the brush carrier board is very convenient. Preferably, the whole of said brush carrier is made from stainless steel. On one hand the production cost of the brush carrier is reduced, one the other hand the strength of the brush carrier is guaranteed and has a better fixing and guiding effect to the brush. Preferably, said flanks comprise horizontal parts vertical to the left and right side walls and a tilt part tilting upwards, one end of said horizontal part is connected with the left and right side walls, and the other end is connected with the tilt part. Wherein, the tilt part formed in the end part of the side wall is more convenient for placing the brush cord and lead when welding so as to bring convenience to the welding. Hence, the invention has advantages of easy for welding, convenient for operation and beneficial for enhancing production efficiency and so on. Specific Implement Way The technical proposals of the invention are further described as follows through examples with combination of attached figures. Example 1: As shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2, a brush carrier wholly made from stainless steel comprises a left sliding groove 5 is formed on the top wall 3, the lower ends of the left and right side walls are respectively evaginated to form flanks 6, flanks 6 comprise horizontal parts 7 vertical to the left and right side walls and tilt parts 8 tilting upwards, one end of said horizontal parts 7 is connected with the left and right side walls, and the other end is connected with the tilt part 8, the end part of the tilt part 8 forms a split 9, the lower ends of said left and right side walls corresponding to both sides of the flanks 6 are respectively provided with pins 10 used for plug-and-socket fixing with the brush carrier board. As the end parts of the flanks form splits, the brush cord and lead only need to be placed in the splits of both flanks when welding, the operation and welding are all quite convenient, and the invention is convenient for enhancing production efficiency.

Claims (4)

1. A brush carrier, comprising left and right side walls, a top wall connecting the left side wall with the right side wall, and a back wall, a brush cord sliding groove is formed on said top wall, wherein the lower ends of said left and right side walls are respectively evaginated to form a flank, and the end part of said flanks form splits.
2. The brush carrier according to claim 1, wherein the lower ends of said left and right side walls corresponding to both sides of the flanks are respectively provided with pins used for plug-and-socket fixing with the brush carrier board.
3. The brush carrier according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the whole of said brush carrier is made from stainless steel.
4. The brush carrier according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said flanks comprise horizontal parts vertical to the left and right side walls and a tilt part tilting upwards, one end of said horizontal part is connected with the left and right side walls, and the other end is connected with the tilt part.
