Abstract
Title: A Motor Fixed By Clamping Abstract The purpose of the invention is to provide a motor fixed by clamping which is used for fixing motors, has a low cost, is convenient for installation and can effectively solve looseness problem of the motor fixing part caused by rotation of the motor. In order to reach said effects, a motor fixed by clamping of the invention is installed on the base via a nut and comprises a fixing element installed on the motor, said fixing element is cylindrical, the outer wall of said fixing element is provided with at least a connecting slot, and a motor shaft passes through the center of the fixing element. Through said structure, the invention needs to cooperate with a specific inserting sheet, replaces threads of the motor in present technology with slots, and the inserting sheet is inserted into the slot of the motor via a cut part. As directions of rotation and vibration when the motor rotates are different from the the fixing direction of the motor fixed by clamping, the invention will not be taken-off easily although the installation is simple.
Description
Description A Motor Fixed By Clamping Technical Field The invention relates to a motor fixing element, in particular relates to a motor fixed by clamping used for motors. Background Technology A motor is an electromagnetic device which realizes the electric energy conversion or transmission in accordance with the law of electromagnetic induction. The electric motor also commonly refers to motor, its main effect is to generate drive torque and used as power sources of electric appliance or all kinds of machines. The generator is indicated with G in the circuit. Its main effect is to convert mechanical energy into electric energy, the most common purpose is to generate electricity by pushing the rotor of the generator with hear energy, water energy and so on. The motor rotates at a high speed in use process, therefore vibration or deviation appears inevitably, if such vibration or deviation cannot be controlled, problems such as the position of the motor will be shifted and the output position of the output shaft is inaccurate will be caused, more severely, the load of the motor may be increased. The motor itself needs regular maintenance and repair, therefore in present technology, the motor is fixed on the fixing position via a dismountable structure, for example, in present technology, a spiral structure is used for fixing. However the direction of thread fixing is the same as the rotation direction, the structure is easy to be taken-off, stability and convenience of installation are hard to be considered if other structure is adopted, and the cost is also high. Invention Content The purpose of the invention is to provide a motor fixed by clamping used for fixing motors, which has a low cost, is convenient for installation, and can solve the looseness problem of the fixing part of the motor caused by rotation of the motor. In order to reach said effects, a motor fixed by clamping of the invention is installed on the base via a fixing nut and comprises a fixing element installed on the motor, said fixing element is cylindrical, the outer wall of the fixing element is provided with at least a connecting slot, a motor shaft passes through the center of the fixing element. Preferably, three connecting slots are provided, said connecting slots are arranged in parallel with the same the distance between adjacent connecting slots. Such structure can arbitrarily select the connecting slot according to different position to be fixed. Preferably, slip-resistant rings are inlaid in said connecting slots. In such a way the inserting sheet will not loose after being inserted into the connecting slot. Preferably, said base is provided with a reinforcing rid. In such as way stability of the base is enhanced and vibrations during working is reduced. Preferably, the reinforcing rid on said base is a reticular structure. Such a structure saves more raw material and will not influence the vibration proof effect. Through said structure, the invention needs to cooperate with a specific inserting sheet, replaces threads of the motor in present technology with slots, and the inserting sheet is inserted into the 1 slot of the motor via a cut part. As directions of rotation and vibration when the motor rotates are different from the the fixing direction of the motor fixed by clamping, the invention will not be taken-off easily although the installation is simple. Figure Description The invention is further described as follows with combination of attached figures. Figure 1 is a whole schematic diagram of the motor fixed by clamping of the invention. Specific Implement Way As shown in Figure 2, a motor fixed by clamping of the invention is installed on a base 1 via a fixing nut 2 and comprises a fixing element 3 installed on the motor, said fixing element 3 is cylindrical, the outer wall of the fixing element 3 is provided with at least a connecting slot 4, a motor shaft 5 passes the center of said fixing element 3. Three connecting slots 4 are provided, said connecting slots 4 are arrange in parallel with the same distance between adjacent connecting slots 4. Slip-resistant rings are inlaid in said connecting slots 4. A reinforcing rib 6 is installed on said base 1, and the reinforcing rib 6 on said base 1 is a reticular structure. Such a structure can enhance the stability of the base 1 and reduce vibrations generated when the motor rotates. When in use, the invention needs to cooperate with a specific inserting sheet and is fixed by inserting the inserting sheet into the connecting slot 4 installed on the outer wall of the fixing element 3. The method of screwing the vibration component onto the fixing element 3 via threads as the present technology in Figure 1 is not necessary. Through such technical proposals, the fixing direction of the invention is different from rotation direction of the motor shaft 5, therefore the motor is guaranteed from loosing during use process via such a structure. In order to further prevent the inserting sheet from taking-off from the connecting slots 4, in the invention slip-resistant rings are inlaid in the connecting slots 4. In conclusion, although only one example of single insert corresponding to single connecting slot 4 is given, multiple connecting slots 4 can be fixed via multiple inserting sheets to enhance the stability according to the experiment. As the principle is the same, unnecessary details are not given. 2
