Title: A Special Die For Potting Motor Stators Abstract The invention discloses a special die for potting motor stators, comprising a lower clamp plate, a lower die plate, a middle clamp plate, an upper die plate and an upper clamp plate which are stacked together and connected via a connecting rod, said lower die plate comprises an upper round table and a lower round table, the outer diameter of said upper round table is corresponding to the inner diameter of the silicon-steel sheet set of the motor stator, the outer diameter of said lower round table is corresponding to the inner diameter of the housing of the motor stator, the top surface of said upper round table is higher than the lowest surface of the silicon-steel sheet set of the motor stator, said upper die plate is cylindrical, the outer diameter of said upper die plate is corresponding to the inner diameter of silicon-steel sheet set of the motor stator, the bottom surface of said upper die plate is lower than the highest surface of the silicon-steel sheet set of the motor stator. The invention can guarantee potting quality for motor stators and enhance work efficiency as above mentioned technical proposals are adopted, and has advantages of simple structure, convenient for use and low cost.

Description A Special Die For Potting Motor Stators Technical Field The invention relates to a special die for potting motor stators. Background Technology The stator component of servo motor are potted with epoxy resin so as to enhance humidity resistance of the stator, enhance the protection level, electric strength and mechanical strength of the stator, and enhance the service life of the stator. The present method adopts integral type die which is easy to result in poor tightness and influences to the potting quality. Invention Content The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a special die for potting motor stators, which can guarantee potting quality of the motor stator and enhance work efficiency. In order to solve above mentioned technical problems, the invention adopts technical proposals as follows: a special die for potting motor stators, comprising a lower clamp plate, a lower die plate, a middle clamp plate, an upper die plate and an upper clamp plate which are stacked together and connected via a connecting rod, said lower die plate comprises an upper round table and a lower round table, the outer diameter of said upper round table is corresponding to the inner diameter of the silicon-steel sheet set of the motor stator, the outer diameter of said lower round table is corresponding to the inner diameter of the housing of the motor stator, the top surface of said upper round table is higher than the lowest surface of the silicon-steel sheet set of the motor stator, said upper die plate is cylindrical, the outer diameter of said upper die plate is corresponding to the inner diameter of silicon-steel sheet set of the motor stator, the bottom surface of said upper die plate is lower than the highest surface of the silicon-steel sheet set of the motor stator. Preferably, said upper die plate and lower die plate are made from silicon. Preferably, said connecting rod is a bolt. Preferably, said upper clamp plate, middle clamp plate and lower clamp plate are made from alumium alloy. The invention can guarantee potting quality for motor stators and enhance work efficiency as above mentioned technical proposals are adopted, and has advantages of simple structure, convenient for use and low cost. Figure Description Figure 1 is a structure schematic diagram of the special die for potting motor stators of the invention. Specific Implement Way The specific implement way of the invention is further described as follows with combination of attached figures. Shown in Figure 1 is the special die for potting motor stators, comprising a lower clamp plate 1, a lower die plate 2, a middle clamp plate 3, an upper die plate 4 and an upper clamp plate 5 which 1 are stacked together and connected via a connecting rod 6, said lower die plate 2 comprises an upper round table 21 and a lower round table 22, the outer diameter of said upper round table 21 is corresponding to the inner diameter of silicon-steel sheet set of the motor stator 8, the outer diameter of said lower round table 22 is corresponding to the inner diameter of housing of the motor stator 7, the top surface of said upper round table 21 is higher than the lowest surface of silicon-steel sheet set of the motor stator 8, said upper die plate 4 is cylindrical, the outer diameter of said upper die plate 4 is corresponding to the inner diameter of silicon-steel sheet set of the motor stator 8, the bottom surface of said upper die plate 4 is lower than the highest surface of silicon-steel sheet set of the motor stator 8. Said upper die plate and lower die plate are made from silicon. Said connecting rod is a bolt. Said upper clamp plate, middle clamp plate and lower clamp plate are made from alumium alloy. The die plates are made from silicon and have two advantages as follows: (1) Epoxy resin will adhere with other materials, and the adhesive force is very large. (2) The problems such as poor tightness when potting and flowing out of resin are solved. 2
