Abstract The invention discloses a structure for combining a code disc of an encoder of a motor with an electromagnetic brake, which comprises the electromagnetic brake and the code disc of the encoder, wherein the electromagnetic brake comprises an excitation coil assembly and a runner assembly, the runner assembly comprises an inner runner for fixing with a rotating shaft of the motor and an outer runner for matching with the excitation coil assembly for action, the code disc of the encoder is in the shape of a ring, the side wall of the code disc of the encoder is fixedly connected with the side wall of the outer rnnner, and the outer runner and the inner runner ae elastically connected through an elastic mechanism so as to enable the outer rnnner to perform radial elastic extension and contraction relative to the inner rnmner. Through the design of combining the code disc of the encoder with the electromagnetic brake, the space occupied by mounting of the code disc of the encoder and the electromagnetic brake is reduced, the structure for mounting the code disc of the encoder at the shaft end of the motor is reduced and the structure is simplified; furthermore, the code disc of the encoder and the electromagnetic brake can be well assembled before final assembly, thereby reducing the assembly process steps during final assembly and improving the assembly efficiency.

Description

Description Structure for Combining Code Disc of Encoder of Motor with Electromagnetic Brake Technical Field The invention relates to a structure for combining a code disc of an encoder of a motor with an electromagnetic brake. Background of the Invention A code disc of an encoder of an existing motor and the electromagnetic brake are independently arranged, the structure occupies large space, a structure for mounting the code disc of the encoder still needs to be arranged on a rotating shaft of the motor, and the structure goes against the adjustment of the position of the encoder; when the whole machine is mounted, the code disc of the encoder and the electromagnetic brake are respectively in different previous and later process steps, process step time must be occupied, and the assembly efficiency is also reduced for mounting the whole machine. Summary of the Invention The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a structure for combining a code disc of an encoder of a motor with an electromagnetic brake, which can not only simplify the structure, reduce the space occupied by the structure of the code disc of the encoder and the electromagnetic brake, adjust the center position of the code disc of the encoder and improve the assembly precision, but also reduce the assembly process steps of the whole machine and improve the assembly efficiency. In order to solve the technical problem, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the structure for combining the code disc of the encoder of the motor with the electromagnetic brake comprises the electromagnetic brake and the code disc of the encoder, wherein the electromagnetic brake comprises an excitation coil assembly and a runner assembly, and the structure is characterized in that the runner assembly comprises an inner runner for fixing with a rotating shaft of the motor and an outer runner for matching with the excitation coil assembly for action, the code disc of the encoder is in the shape of a ring, the side wall of the code disc of the encoder is fixedly connected with the side wall of the outer runner, and the outer runner and the inner runner are elastically connected through an elastic mechanism so as to enable the outer runner to perform radial elastic extension and contraction relative to the inner runner. Preferably, the elastic mechanism comprises a plurality of elastic linking claws I which are annularly arranged on the inner ring of the code disc of the encoder and extend to the center of the circle of the code disc of the encoder, and the elastic 1 linking claws I are fixedly connected with the side wall of the inner runner. Each elastic linking claw I is in a convolution type structure. Preferably, the elastic mechanism comprises a plurality of elastic linking claws II which are annularly arranged on the inner ring of the outer runner and extend to the center of the circle of the outer runner, and the elastic linking claws II are fixedly connected with the side wall of the inner runner. Preferably, the elastic linking claws I are 3-6 elastic linking claws I which are uniformly annularly arranged. Preferably, the code disc of the encoder is arranged between the inner runner and the outer runner. In an improved way, an axial tubular extension part is arranged at the perforation part of the inner runner for enhancing the stability in the connection with the rotating shaft of the motor and simultaneously playing a role in guiding the elastic extension and contraction of the outer runner. The code disc of the encoder is riveted with the outer runner. The elastic linking claws I are connected with the side wall of the inner runner through screws. Screw mounting holes on the elastic linking claws I are long holes which are arranged along the radial direction of the center of the code disc of the encoder, thereby facilitating the adjustment of the position of the code disc of the encoder and improving the assembly precision. Through the design of combining the code disc of the encoder with the electromagnetic brake, the space occupied by mounting of the code disc of the encoder and the electromagnetic brake is reduced, the structure for mounting the code disc of the encoder at the shaft end of the motor is reduced and the structure is simplified; furthermore, the code disc of the encoder and the electromagnetic brake can be well assembled before final assembly, thereby reducing the assembly process steps during final assembly and improving the assembly efficiency. Detailed Description of the Invention As shown in Figure 1, Figure 2, Figure 3 and Figure 4, an embodiment about a 2 structure for combining a code disc of an encoder of a motor with an electromagnetic brake comprises the electromagnetic brake and the code disc 1 of the encoder, wherein the electromagnetic brake comprises an excitation coil assembly 2 and a runner assembly, the runner assembly comprises an inner runner 31 for fixing with a rotating shaft of the motor and an outer runner 32 for matching with the excitation coil assembly for action, the outer runner is made of metal, the code disc 1 of the encoder is in the shape of a ring, the code disc of the encoder is arranged between the inner runner 31 and the outer runner 32, the side wall of the code disc 1 of the encoder is fixedly connected with the side wall of the outer runner 32, the outer runner and the inner runner are elastically connected through an elastic mechanism, the elastic mechanism comprises three elastic linking claws I 11 which are annularly arranged on the inner ring of the code disc 1 of the encoder and extend to the center of the circle of the code disc of the encoder, and the elastic linking claws I 11 are fixedly connected with the side wall of the inner runner 31, thereby enabling the outer runner to perform radial elastic extension and contraction relative to the inner runner. Each elastic linking claw I is in a convolution type structure, the elastic linking claws I are connected with the side wall of the inner runner through screws, and screw mounting holes on the elastic linking claws I are long holes which are arranged along the radial direction of the center of the code disc of the encoder. An axial tubular extension part 311 is arranged at the perforation part of the inner runner 31 for enhancing the stability in the connection with the rotating shaft of the motor. Of course, the elastic mechanism in the embodiment 1 can also adopt the structure as shown in Figure 5, namely the elastic mechanism comprises a plurality of elastic linking claws II 321 which are annularly arranged on the inner ring of the outer runner 32 and extend to the center of the circle of the outer runner, and the elastic linking claws II are fixedly connected with the side wall of the inner runner. 3

Claims (10)

1. A structure for combining a code disc of an encoder of a motor with an electromagnetic brake, comprising the electromagnetic brake and the code disc (1) of the encoder, wherein the electromagnetic brake comprises an excitation coil assembly (2) and a runner assembly, and the structure is characterized in that the runner assembly comprises an inner runner (31) for fixing with a rotating shaft of the motor and an outer runner (32) for matching with the excitation coil assembly for action, the side wall of the code disc of the encoder is fixedly connected with the side wall of the outer runner, and the outer runner and the inner runner are elastically connected through an elastic mechanism so as to enable the outer runner to perform radial elastic extension and contraction relative to the inner runner.

The structure for combining the code disc of the encoder of the motor with the electromagnetic brake according to claim 1, characterized in that the elastic mechanism comprises a plurality of elastic linking claws 1 (11) which are annularly arranged on the inner ring of the code disc (1) of the encoder and extend to the center of the circle of the code disc of the encoder, and the elastic linking claws I are fixedly connected with the side wall of the inner runner.
3. The structure for combining the code disc of the encoder of the motor with the electromagnetic brake according to claim 2, characterized in that each elastic linking claw I is in a convolution type structure.

The structure for combining the code disc of the encoder of the motor with the electromagnetic brake according to claim 1, characterized in that the elastic mechanism comprises a plurality of elastic linking claws 11 (321) which are annularly arranged on the inner ring of the outer runner (32) and extend to the center of the circle of the outer runner, and the elastic linking claws II are fixedly connected with the side wall of the inner runner.
5. The structure for combining the code disc of the encoder of the motor with the electromagnetic brake according to claim 2, characterized in that the elastic linking claws I are 3-6 elastic linking claws I which are uniformly annularly arranged.
6. The structure for combining the code disc of the encoder of the motor with the electromagnetic brake according to claim 1, characterized in that the code disc of the encoder is arranged between the inner runner and the outer runner.
7. The structure for combining the code disc of the encoder of the motor with the electromagnetic brake according to any one of claims 1-6, characterized in that an axial tubular extension part (311) is arranged at the perforation part of the inner runner. 4

9. The structure for combining the code disc of the encoder of the motor with the electromagnetic brake according to claim 1, characterized in that the elastic linking claws I are connected with the side wall of the inner runner through screws (4).

The structure for combining the code disc of the encoder of the motor with the electromagnetic brake according to claim 9, characterized in that screw mounting holes on the elastic linking claws I are long holes which are arranged along the radial direction of the center of the code disc of the encoder. 5
