Abstract

Abstract The invention discloses a motor stator structure which comprises a stator body, wherein the stator body is fonned by riveting n laminations which are mutually superposed, a marking groove for releasing a wire is punched on the outer ring surface of each lamination, the projertion of the marking grooves of the m laminations on the vertical surface of the axial lead of the stator body and the projection of the marking grooves of the remaining n-rn laminations on the vertical surface of the axial lead of the stator body form a 180-degree included angle, when n is an even number, m-n/2, when a is an odd number, m-n/2+1/2, and the m laminations are continuously superposed at the upper part of the stator body. The laminations are symmetrically distributed and superposed according to 180-degree angle, thereby eliminating the influence that a plurality of the laminations can generate the deformation in the same direction after punching the marking grooves; and the stator structure which is well riveted has the advantages of smooth end surfaces. good symmetry and no emergence of inclination status. 1, 12

Description

Description Motor Stator Structure Technical Field The invention relates to a motor stator. Background of the Invention A motor stator is generally formed by superposing and riveting a plurality of laminations, a marking groove for releasing a wire is further punched on the outer ring surface of the stator, when the marking groove is punched, the plurality of the laminations are superposed and then punched simultaneously, the existing laminations are directly riveted after well punching the marking groove, the structure has the defect that the plurality of the laminations can generate the deformation in the same direction after punching the marking groove, then the stator after well riveting is not smooth, the end surfaces can emerge the inclination status, the quality of the stator is affected and the stator simultaneously has a certain asymmetry in mass distribution. Summary of the Invention The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a motor stator structure, and the stator structure has the advantages of smooth end surfaces, good symmetry and no emergence of inclination status. In order to solve the technical problem, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the motor stator structure comprises a stator body, wherein the stator body is formed by riveting n laminations which are mutually superposed, a marking groove for releasing a wire is punched on the outer ring surface of each lamination, and the motor stator structure is characterized in that the projection of the marking grooves of the m laminations on the vertical surface of the axial lead of the stator body and the projection of the marking grooves of the remaining n-m laminations on the vertical surface of the axial lead of the stator body form a 180-degree included angle, when n is an even number, m=n/2, when n is an odd number, m=n/2+1/2. The m laminations are continuously superposed at the upper part of the stator body. The laminations are symmetrically distributed and superposed according to 180-degree angle, thereby eliminating the influence that a plurality of the laminations can generate the deformation in the same direction after punching the marking grooves; and the stator structure which is well riveted has the advantages of smooth end surfaces, good symmetry and no occurrence of inclination status. Brief Description of the Drawings In combination of the following figures, the invention is further described. 1 Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of structure of motor stator structure of the invention; Figure 2 is a top view of Figure 1. Detailed Description of the Invention As shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2, a motor stator structure of the invention comprises a stator body, wherein the stator body is formed by riveting n laminations 1 which are mutually superposed, a marking groove 2 for releasing a wire is punched on the outer ring surface of each lamination, the projection of the marking grooves of the m laminations on the vertical surface of the axial lead of the stator body and the projection of the marking grooves of the remaining n-m laminations on the vertical surface of the axial lead of the stator body form a 180-degree included angle, when n is an even number, m-n/2, when n is an odd number, m=n/2+1/2, and the m laminations are continuously superposed at the upper part of the stator body. 2
