Abstract

Abstract The invention discloses a structure for connecting a carbon brush mounting plate with an end cover, which comprises the carbon brush mounting plate and the end cover, wherein a plurality of riveting columns am arranged on the bottom end surface of the carbon brush mounting plate, a pluraity of through holes corresponding to he riveting columns ar arnged on the wall surface of the end cover and the riveting columns penetrate the through holes and are riveted on the end cover. When the structure is mounted, the carbon brush mounting plate can be conveniently mounted on the end cover by only setting an ordinary riveting device, thereby being very simple and convenient; furthermore, a screw is not used, thereby reducing the metal consumption and saving the cost.

Description Structure for Connecting Carbon Brush Mounting Plate with End Cover Technical Field The invention relates to a structure for connecting a carbon brush mounting plate with an end cover. Background of the Invention All existing carbon brush mounting plates adopt epoxy resin material and are connected with end covers through screws, the structure is cumbersome to mount and the product cost also rises constantly due to the constant increase in the price of metal. Summary of the Invention The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a structure for connecting a carbon brush mounting plate with an end cover, which simplifies the structure, is simple and convenient to mount and can simultaneously reduce the product cost. In order to solve the technical problem, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the structure for connecting the carbon brush mounting plate with the end cover comprises the carbon brush mounting plate and the end cover, and the structure is characterized in that a plurality of riveting columns are arranged on the bottom end surface of the carbon brush mounting plate, a plurality of through holes corresponding to the riveting columns are arranged on the wall surface of the end cover, and the riveting columns penetrate the through holes and are riveted on the end cover. When the structure is mounted, the carbon brush mounting plate can be conveniently mounted on the end cover by only setting an ordinary riveting device, thereby being very simple and convenient; furthermore, a screw is not used, thereby reducing the metal consumption and saving the cost. Even the riveting columns are made of metal, the riveting columns can also be set to be in hollow column structures, thereby reducing the metal consumption in a similar way and saving the cost. In an improved way, a groove for embedding and mounting the carbon brush mounting plate is arranged at the middle part of the end cover, thereby enabling the carbon brush mounting plate to be more stable after mounting. The depth of the groove is smaller than the thickness of the carbon brush mounting plate. Preferably, the number of the riveting columns is four. Preferably, the riveting columns are epoxy resin riveting columns which are integrally arranged with the carbon brush mounting plate. The carbon brush mounting plate is riveted on the end cover, thereby eliminating a screw structure, simplifying the mounting and simultaneously reducing the cost. 1 Brief Description of the Drawings In combination of the following figures, the invention is further described. Detailed Description of the Invention As shown in Figures 1, 2 and 3, a structure for connecting a carbon brush mounting plate with an end cover of the invention comprises the carbon brush mounting plate 1 and the end cover 2, four riveting columns 3 are arranged on the bottom end surface of the carbon brush mounting plate, four through holes 4 corresponding to the riveting columns are arranged on the wall surface of the end cover, the riveting columns penetrate the through holes and are riveted on the end cover, a groove 5 for embedding and mounting the carbon brush mounting plate is arranged at the middle part of the end cover, the depth of the groove is smaller than the thickness of the carbon brush mounting plate, and the riveting columns are epoxy resin riveting columns which are integrally arranged with the carbon brush mounting plate. The carbon brush mounting plate is riveted on the end cover, thereby eliminating a screw structure, simplifying the mounting and simultaneously reducing the cost.In the embodiment, the riveting columns are made of epoxy resin material, a riveting machine can realize riveting by heating and melting the end parts of the riveting columns and then exerting the pressure, and the mechanized riveting of the four riveting columns can be simultaneously performed, thereby being very convenient and fast. 2

Claims (5)

1. A structure for connecting a carbon brush mounting plate with an end cover, comprising the carbon brush mounting plate and the end cover, and the structure is characterized in that a plurality of riveting columns are arranged on the bottom end surface of the carbon brush mounting plate, a plurality of through holes corresponding to the riveting columns are arranged on the wall surface of the end cover, and the riveting columns penetrate the through holes and are riveted on the end cover.
2. The structure for connecting the carbon brush mounting plate with the end cover according to claim 1, characterized in that a groove for embedding and mounting the carbon brush mounting plate is arranged at the middle part of the end cover.
3. The structure for connecting the carbon brush mounting plate with the end cover according to claim 2, characterized in that the depth of the groove is smaller than the thickness of the carbon brush mounting plate.
4. The structure for connecting the carbon brush mounting plate with the end cover according to claim 1 or 2 or 3, characterized in that the number of the riveting columns is four.
