The configuration of the exerciser is simple. In order to achieve the aforesaid object, there is provided an exerciser for doing sit-ups. The exerciser comprises a board, a frame, a swing rod, an upper foot rest, a lower foot rest and a resilient rope. The frame comprises a lengthwise beam, a vertical 20 support, a front bottom bracket and a rear bottom bracket. A front end of the lengthwise beam is perpendicularly fixed to a central portion of the vertical support. A rear end of the lengthwise beam is perpendicularly fixed to a central portion of the rear bottom bracket. An upper end of the vertical support is fixed to a central portion of the upper foot rest, and a lower end of the vertical support being fixed to a central portion of the 25 front bottom bracket. The lengthwise beam and the vertical support form a triangular support. An upper end of the swing rod is pivotally connected to an upper end of the vertical support, and a lower end of the swing rod is fixed to a central portion of the lower foot rest. The resilient rope is connected between the swing rod and the vertical support. The frame further comprises a swing frame and a support rod. The lengthwise beam is provided with a plurality of connection members. An inner end of the swing frame is pivotally connected to a front portion of the lengthwise beam of the frame. A central 5 portion of the swing frame is pivotally connected to an inner end of the support rod. An outer end of the support rod is pivotally connected to one of the plurality of connection members. The board is mounted on the swing frame of the frame. Preferably, the exerciser further comprises two grasp ropes. One end of each grasp rope is detachably connected to the rear bottom bracket of the frame. 10 The frame of the present invention is provided with the swing frame to turn about the front end of the lengthwise beam. The central portion of the swing frame is pivotally connected to the inner end of the support rod. The outer end of the support rod is pivotally connected to one of the plurality of connection members. The height of the swing frame can be adjusted so as to adjust the height of the board for different exercises. 15 The present invention is further provided with two grasps ropes for the user to train his/her arms. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Fig. 1 is a perspective view according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention; 20 Fig. 2 is an exploded view according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention; Fig. 3 is a schematic view showing the frame in a first use state according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention; Fig. 4 is a schematic view showing the frame in a second use state according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention; and 25 Fig. 5 is a schematic view showing the frame in a third use state according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention. 2 DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of the present invention will now be described, by way of example 5 only, with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in Fig. 1, an exerciser for doing sit-ups according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a board 1, a frame 2, a swing rod 3, an upper foot rest 4, a lower foot rest 5, a resilient rope 6, and two grasp ropes 7. The frame 2 comprises a lengthwise beam 21, a vertical support 22, a front bottom 10 bracket 23, a rear bottom bracket 24, an armrest pipe 25, a swing frame 26, and a support rod 27. The lengthwise beam 21 is provided with two connection members 211, 212. A front end of the lengthwise beam 21 is perpendicularly fixed to a central portion of the vertical support 22, and a rear end of the lengthwise beam 21 is perpendicularly fixed to a central portion of the rear bottom bracket 24. An upper end of the vertical support 22 is 15 fixed to a central portion of the upper foot rest 4, and a lower end of the vertical support 22 is fixed to a central portion of the front bottom bracket 23. The lengthwise beam 21 and the vertical support 22 form a triangular support. The armrest pipe 25 is transversely inserted through the lengthwise beam 21. 20 An upper end of the swing rod 3 is pivotally connected to an upper end of the vertical support 22, and a lower end of the swing rod 3 is fixed to a central portion of the lower foot rest 5. The resilient rope 6 is connected between the swing rod 3 and the vertical support 22. As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, an inner end of the swing frame 26 is pivotally 25 connected to a front portion of the lengthwise beam 21 of the frame 2. A central portion of the swing frame 26 is pivotally connected to an inner end of the support rod 27.
