Abstract This patent relates to a night time lighting system utilised by (but not limited too) wheeled vehicles wherein the component of (but not limited by in regard to wave length specification) of electromagnetic energy such as ultra violet light (supplied in forms such as but not limited too light emitting diodes or fluorescent tube lighting ) is used to excite a photo-luminescent (phosphorescent) component of the invention that is applied to the surface of the vehicle being for example ( but not limited to or by) the surfaces of the tire rim sidewall and of the said vehicles.
