D e s c r i p t io n ANTI-REVERSE SQUARE LOOSE PIECE Field of the invention The invention relates to the casting field, in particular to an anti-reverse square loose piece. Background of the invention A square loose piece I as shown in figure 1 is needed in the course of the casting, the square loose piece I is provided with letters, and operators are easy to place the square loose piece I reversely, causing reverse letter as shown in figure 2 to produce scrap products and thus increasing the production cost. Summary of the invention The object of the invention is to provide an anti-reverse square loose piece which can prevent reverse placement to avoid producing scrap products and saves the production cost. In view of the above technical problems, the invention employs the following scheme: an anti-reverse square loose piece comprises a loose piece body, and the loose piece body is provided with a wedge angle. Preferably, said wedge angel is an angel of 45 degree. In operation, the loose piece body I can not be placed reversely because of misoperation only by ensuring the letters on the loose piece body I face upward and ensuring the wedge angel 2 is positioned at the upper part, thereby avoiding producing scrap products and saving the production cost.

1. An anti-reverse square loose piece comprising a loose piece body (1), characterized in that the loose piece body (1) is provided with a wedge angel (2).
2. The anti-reverse square loose piece according to claim 1, characterized in that the wedge angel (2) is an angle of 45 degree.
