Abstract

The present invention discloses a sealed and safe connector for the arch cover of biogas pool. The present invention relates to a connecting component of biogas pool. The sealed and safe connector for the arch cover of biogas pool includes a tee pipe fitting, a locking cover and a pressure relief sealing cover. One 5 end of the tee pipe fitting is provided with a projection, this end with projection of the tee pipe fitting is connected with gas outlet of arch cover and thread-connected with said locking cover. A sealing gasket located in inner wall of arch cover is mounted between said locking cover and projection. Another end of the tee pipe fitting is connected with the pressure relief sealing cover. The third end of the tee pipe fitting is connected with the pipe of the gas-consuming device. The internal of said locking cover is hollow. If 0 the connector is used, there will be good sealed connecting performance between the connector and the arch cover. Moreover, opening the sealed and safe connector can balance the gas pressure between the pool and external air, which is beneficial to discharge residual methane in the pool and facilitates the operator to enter into the pool from feed inlet or discharge outlet in order to clean the pool even if the arch cover had never been opened. 2 FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a connecting component of a biogas pool. GENERAL BACKGROUND 5 The present FRP biogas pool or biogas pool having a brick-concrete structure substantially comprises a pool and an arch cover on the pool, the pool is respectively provided with a feed inlet and a discharge outlet, an arch cover is provided with a gas outlet which is directly connected with the gas-consuming device by outlet pipe. 0 In actual use, particularly there are two methods available for cleaning the pool. The first method is that an operator directly enters into the pool from the feed inlet or discharge outlet to clean and wash the interior of the pool. However, since the arch cover is usually hermetically connected with the pool, opening the arch cover frequently will lead to their sealing performance degradation and 0 methane leakage. Moreover, the most part of pool and arch cover are buried underground, the cover is hard to be opened. A Chinese Patent (Publication No.2692140) Published on 13 April 2005 disclosed a composite FRP biogas pool. The composite FRP biogas pool includes lower half pool and upper half pool, a sealing 5 gasket is installed between lower and upper half pools. The upper half pool is provided with a feed inlet and a discharge outlet. Mounting outlet of feed inlet is located on the feed pipe of lower half pool and mounting lower port of discharge outlet is located on the discharge pipe at the bottom of lower half pool. The lower pipe mouth of discharge pipe is equipped with a sealing cover. A gas outlet is provided on the top of upper half pool, the gas outlet is connected with the safety valve and discharge pipe by a three-way 30 valve. The invention features simple structure, low cost, convenient use, installation and good sealing performance, so it is safe in use and has reliable working performance and good gas output effect. Further, for the invention, the inner layer of inorganic FRP matrix is provided with anti-corrosive coating and the outlet layer thereof is provided with waterproof isolation layer, so it is acid-proof, alkali-proof, salt-proof and maintenance-free, with low use cost and long service life. Moreover, the invention can 35 attain the purpose of industrialized production, it can be installed quickly, has small mass and large strength, and easy to be transported.
3 However, in the above-mentioned technical solution, the sealing performance between three-way valve and upper half pool is not good, which is unsuitable for such relatively smooth arch cover of FRP biogas pool. 5 SUMMARY In order to solve the above technical defect, the present invention discloses a sealed and safe connector for the arch cover of biogas pool. The present invention is, in particular, more suitable for the FRP arch cover. If the connector is used, there will be good sealed connecting performance between the connector and the arch cover. Moreover, opening the sealed and safe connector can balance the gas pressure 0 between the pool and external air, which is beneficial to discharge residual methane in the pool and facilitates the operator to enter into the pool from feed inlet or discharge outlet in order to clean the pool even if the arch cover had never been opened. A sealed and safe connector for the arch cover of biogas pool, wherein said biogas pool includes: a tee pipe fitting, a locking cover and a pressure relief sealing cover, and one end of said tee pipe 5 fitting is provided with a projection, and said end is connected with gas outlet of arch cover and thread connected with said locking cover; a sealing gasket located in inner wall of the arch cover is mounted between said locking cover and said projection; another end of said tee pipe fitting is connected with said pressure relief sealing cover; 0 the third end of said tee pipe fitting is connected with the pipe of gas-consuming device; and the internal of said locking cover is hollow.
