3. Surface Materials eg: different styles of steel mesh, patterning, stone etc for the base of the product.
4. Incorporation of vertical garden wall technology, including self sustaining watering and fertilisation
5. Adaptable lighting variations
6. Attachments for the incorporation of LCD signage screens and the support of overhead banners
7. Operable access doors for maintenance
8. Attachments for solar panel technology on the top of the Tower to feed lighting
9. Opportunity for water storage within the Tower for reuse for watering
10. Colour variations
