Abstract
Abstract The invention relates to a structure for connecting a pouring cup with a pouring gate pipe, which belongs to the technical field of manufacturing of sand mold casts. The connection structure can effectively prevent molten metal from jacking up the pouring cup and further prevent the overflow of the molten metal, thereby not only improving the production efficiency, but also effectively avoiding accidents during the casting process. The structure for connecting the pouring cup with the pouring gate pipe comprises the pouring cup and the pouring gate pipe, wherein the pouring cup comprises a tapered molten metal flow passage which is big at the upper end and small at the lower end, a slot which is coaxial with the molten metal flow passage is formed at the lower end of the pouring cup, the inner diameter of the slot is matched with the outer diameter of the pouring gate pipe, and the upper end of the pouring gate pipe is inserted and matched in the slot.
Description
1 Description Structure for Connecting Pouring Cup with Pouring Gate Pipe Technical Field The invention relates to a structure for connecting a pouring cup with a pouring gate pipe, which belongs to the technical field of manufacturing of sand mold casts. Background of the Invention In the prior art, the ordinary placement way of a pouring cup is to flatly place the pouring cup in the position of a pouring gate of a cast, that is the lower end surface of the pouring cup is in contact with the upper end surface of a pouring gate pipe, sand is further used for compaction on the edge, if part of molten metal infiltrates into a gap between a base of the pouring cup and a casting mold during the casting process, the pouring cup can float upwards due to buoyancy and dump, so that the casting process can not be completed smoothly and even brings accidental injuries. Summary of the Invention The invention aims at providing a structure for connecting a pouring cup with a pouring gate pipe which can effectively prevent molten metal from jacking up the pouring cup, further prevent the overflow of the molten metal, not only improve the production efficiency, but also effectively avoid accidents during the casting process, and further solving the problem that the pouring cup can float upwards due to buoyancy and dump if part of the molten metal infiltrates into a gap between a base of the pouring cup and a casting mold during the casting process in the prior art, so that the casting process can not be completed smoothly and even brings accidental injuries. The technical purpose of the invention is mainly solved through the following technical scheme: the structure for connecting the pouring cup with the pouring gate pipe comprises the pouring cup and the pouring gate pipe, wherein the pouring cup comprises a tapered molten metal flow passage which is big at the upper end and small at the lower end, a slot which is coaxial with the molten metal flow passage is formed at the lower end of the pouring cup, the inner diameter of the slot is matched with the outer diameter of the pouring gate pipe, and the upper end of the pouring gate pipe is inserted and matched in the slot. The plug-in connection fit is formed between the pouring cup and the pouring gate pipe, when the molten metal passes by the position, the molten metal is difficult to penetrate the contact surface and enter into a gap, thereby preventing the pouring cup from floating upwards, smoothly carrying out the casting process and preventing the accidents during the casting process. Preferentially, the depth H of the slot is 15-20mm. The reasonable control of the depth of the slot can not only ensure the fit between the pouring cup and the pouring gate pipe, but also reduce the impacts of the arrangement of the slot on the structure of the pouring cup. Preferentially, an isometric section in the pore diameter which is the same with the 2 inner diameter of the pouring gate pipe is formed at the lower end of the molten metal flow passage, thereby leading the molten metal to smoothly enter into a mold cavity of a sand mold. Therefore, the invention can effectively prevent the molten metal from jacking up the pouring cup and further prevent the overflow of the molten metal, thereby not only improving the production efficiency, but also effectively avoiding the accidents during the casting process. Brief Description of the Drawings Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of structure of pouring cup; Figure 2 is a schematic diagram of structure of the invention. Detailed Description of the Invention In combination of the figures, the technical scheme of the invention is further specifically described through the following embodiments. Embodiment 1: as shown in Figure 1, a pouring cup 1 comprises a tapered molten metal flow passage 2 which is big at the upper end and small at the lower end, an isometric section 3 in the pore diameter which is the same with the inner diameter of a pouring gate pipe is formed at the lower end of the molten metal flow passage 2, a slot 4 which is coaxial with the molten metal flow passage 2 is formed at the lower end of the pouring cup 1, and the depth H of the slot 4 is l8mm.As shown in Figure 2, the inner diameter of the slot 4 is matched with the outer diameter of the pouring gate pipe 5, and the upper end of the pouring gate pipe 5 is inserted and matched in the slot 4.
