- Patent Application Number 2011100601 IMPROVED ELECTRONIC INJECTOR CLEANER AND WITH PIN TESTER POWER LINES The instrument consists of two testers in series; Electronic Injector Cleaner and Pin Taster Power line. It is in small packet to clean the injector from the carbon residue by transferring the power of the car battery from 12 v DC to 3 v AC. Pin Power Tester lines tests the positive and negative in all the box fuses in the car, e.g. relay switch, control, holders, sensor or dashboard, or any other lines of positive and negative, etc.... They can be used separately or both at once. This can be done by placing the red clip on the positive terminal (+ mark) on the battery terminal and the black clip on the negative terminal (- mark) on the other terminal; alternatively, you can use the black clip alone by placing it on the battery terminal or any other part ground.

AUSTRALIA Patents Act 1990 COMPLETE SPECIFICATION INNOVATION PATENT Australian Act 1990 IMPROVED ELECTRONIC INJECTOR CLEANER AND WITH PIN TESTER POWER LINES For Automotive Workshops and Roadside Assistance The invention is described in the following statement: 2 DESCRIPTION IMPROVED ELECTRONIC INJECTOR CLEANER AND WITH PIN TESTER POWER LINES 5. The instrument consists of two testers in series; Electronic Injector Cleaner and Pin Taster Power line. It is in small packet to clean the injector from the carbon residue by transferring the power of the car battery from 12 vDC to 3 vAC. 10. Pin Power Tester lines tests the positive and negative in all the box fuses in the car, e.g. relay switch, control, holders, sensor or dashboard, or any other lines of positive and negative, etc.. 15. They can be used separately or both at once. This can be done by placing the red clip (P+) on the battery terminal and the black clip (N-) on the other tenninal; alternatively, you can use the black clip alone by placing it on the battery terminal or any other part ground. 20, Size of the battery is 23 AE 12 vDC in the pin power. 25. There are many positive and negative lines in the box fuse, except negative lines such as left high beam headlight and right high beam headlight, low beam headlight left and right as well. This can be done by connecting the black clip on the terminal of the battery to test the negative a green led (#23) will be illuminated, and when you test the positive line a red led (#19) will appear and in the meantime it will recharge the small battery in the Pin. It can also be used as a torch (white led #14) by pressing switch number 4. Operating of Injector Carbon Cleaner 30. Start the engine on 1000 RPM connect the red clip on the positive and the black on the negative terminal of the battery, open the box fuse cover and test the positive line while the Auto is running. Then from the holder of the inj ector it will point that there is a power of 3 vDC, the source of this is the car computer. Open switch # 14 it will transfer power from 12 vDC to 3 vAC from the relay, to the coil of injector to move the spindle injector up and down continuously. When the relay vibrates it will give an output power 3v,A.C mechanically from the relay to the coil of the injector, by doing so the ijector will be cleaned. This process will be facilitated by spraying the air filter with some injector cleaning spray, This process can be repeated to clean all the injectors. This process also saves you the time and effort without opening the engine cover and cleaning the injectors. 2 . - 3 Description Of Electronic (PIN) Tester for power lines 35. It uses only one wire except with black clip is connected to terminal of a battery, ( VE) or at any ground point (chassis) and touch prop to the test point source. 40. If the super bright red LED power line test is on, it indicates that the line of the power is positive, from the fise box and any lines wires etc. 45. Also if the super bright green LED is on, it indicates that the line is negative, from any wires. For example: Switches, Relay controls any holders. 50, For testing A.C high voltage of ignition or spark plug. To test also DC low voltage of the holder of the injector, red LED positive, ground green LED negative. 55. When super white LED torch is on, it. can be used in dark areas. 60. Small switch press also recharges the small battery from the PIN tester. 65. Because when you keep the head of the PIN tester on positive power and press the small button, the green LED with the red and white LED brightens which will indicate that it is recharging. While you press the button it will continue to recharge the small battery in the PIN. 70. Size of the battery is 23AE 12V D.C. 75. The electronic PIN tester tests any switches, sensors, controls, dashboard, fuse box, ignition, injectors and any lines of positive or negative between the holders. 3 4 Abstract of Injector Cleaner 80. The voltage is 16.V and microfarad of the capacitor is 1000 UF. 9. [New] A device for cleaning fuel injectors in a vehicle that converts direct current from the vehicle's battery to an alternating current through mechanical vibration in a relay, wherein the alternating current is transferred from the relay to the coil of the injector to be cleaned.
10. [New] The device as claimed in claim 9, with an integrated testing device that is configured to test the inputs and outputs of electronic points of a vehicle by measuring the charge.
11. [New] The device as claimed in claim 10, where the electric charges being tested are positive or negative and are of varying voltages or power.
12. [New] The device as claimed in claim 11, further comprising a gauge for regulating the voltage across the injector coil and an LED indicator to indicate if the injector is live or damaged.

[New] A method for cleaning a fuel injector using the device of any one as claimed in claims 9 to 11, wherein cleaning the fuel injector is assisted by spraying an injector cleaner into the vehicles' air filter.
