PICNIC TROLLEY Field of Invention The present invention generally relates to a trolley and, in particular, a trolley adapted to g carry a table and folding chairs together with picnic supplies. Background of the invention With the popularity picnicking in Australia many picnic spots have had to cater for more 10 parking capacity, with the result that parking is located some distance from the picnic grounds. In addition fixed picnic tables that are provided in the picnic area are at a premium and insufficient to cater for the demand. 15 This invention seeks to provide a trolley configured to carry a picnic table and folding chairs together with the picnic supplies and equipment from the car park to the selected picnic spot and back, in one trip and with a minimum of effort. 20 Summary of the Invention In accordance with the first aspect of the present invention there is disclosed a trolley having a framework structure adapted to be folded into a size suitable for transportation in a motor vehicle, said framework structure in an erect configuration, having ground 2 engaging wheels thereto and suitable for traversing grassed areas and/or rough ground. Preferably the framework structure comprises two sets of vertical frames, pivotly hinged about the center area, whereby the frames are adapted to either fold flat when being used as a trolley to move picnic table, chairs and supplies to and from a motor vehicle, or when 30 1 2 the picnic spot is being set up the frames open up to form cross members to support a table top. Preferably one frame is provided with a cloth container for a picnic bag or basket. Said cloth container is provided with stiffening panels which can be moved from a fold flat condition, to an open receptacle by means of a stretcher mechanism. Preferably the said franie also is provided with a fixed receptacle suitable to contain a folded table top. 10 Preferably a second frame is provided with a second cloth receptacle to accommodate folding chairs. This cloth receptacle is provided with stiffening panels which can be moved from a fold flat condition, to a fixed open receptacle by folding hinged side panels. 15 It can be seen therefore that the said trolley not only provides the means of moving picnic equipment and supplies, it also provides a base for a table, which can be moved once set up, to a different location using the ground engaging wheels, for example to follow the shade movement. 20 Brief description of the drawing The present invention will now be described, by way of non-limiting example only, with reference to the drawings in which: 25 Figure 1 is a perspective of a picnic trolley in an erect configuration, with a picnic bag or basket enclosed in a cloth receptacle and a folding table top in a fixed pocket. Also shown is a second cloth receptacle accommodating folding chairs. 30 Figure 2 is a perspective of the picnic trolley in the picnic use mode with the folding table top open and fitted to the support legs. 2 3 Figure 3 is a perspective view of the picnic trolley in the fold flat mode, for transport in a motor vehicle. Figure 4 is a sectional view of the picnic trolley in a picnic use mode showing the method 5 of fixing the table top to the support legs and locking them in position. Figure 5 is a part sectional plan view of the picnic trolley showing the tensioning of the folding chair and picnic bag or basket containers by means of the hinged side panels. 10 Detailed Description As seen in Figure 1, a picnic trolley 10 in its in-use mode. The trolley 10 has two support frames 11 and 12 pivotly connected at the center area 13 in the closed configuration. 15 At the lower end of thesupport frame 11 is a cloth container 15 in which is a picnic bag or basket 16 whilst the uppermost end is provided with a push handle 23. Also attached to framell is a receptacle 17 housing a folded table top 18 which is additionally secured with a strap 19. 20 The lower end of support frame 12 has a pair of wheels 14 and a cloth container 20 which houses folding chairs 21 which are additionally secured with a strap 22. With reference to figure 2, frames 11 and 12 are opened in the picnic configuration, with 25 the picnic bag or basket 16 and folding chairs 21 removed and cloth container 15 collapsed. The folding table top 18 has been removed from the receptacle 17 and opened via hinge 24 and fitted to the uppermost portion of support arms 11 and 12 which are locked in the open 30 position by brace 25. 3 4 With reference now to figure 3 the picnic bag or basket 16 and the folding chairs 20 have been removed from the picnic trolley and stored separately in the motor vehicle. The 5 support arms 11 and 12 are in the closed mode and the cloth containers 15 and 20 are folded flat. The strap 22 is used to secure the support arms 11 and 12 in the closed position such that it is ready to be loaded into the motor vehicle. With reference now to.Figure 4 is shown a detail of the table top and the method of 10 connecting to the support frames 11 and 12. Also shown is brace 25 holding frames 11 and 12 in an open mode. With reference now to figure 5 is shown a part plan section view of the picnic trolley 10, with the picnic bag or basket receptacle 16 and folding chairs receptacle 20 in the open is position and the folding chairs 21 table top 18 and picnic bag or basket 16 removed. The cloth container 15 for the picnic bag or basket 16 is shown with fixed panel 26 and cloth fixed panel 27 spread apart by side panels 28 which is hinged at 29. 20 The cloth container 20 for folding chairs 21 is shown with fixed panel 30 and cloth fixed panel 31 spread apart by side panels 32 hinged at 33. The receptacle 17 is formed by fixed panel 26, a parallel fixed panel 34 and sides 35. 25 The forgoing describes only one embodiment of the present invention and modification, obvious to those skilled in the art, can be made thereto without departing from the scope of the present invention. It is noted that the term "trolley" is interchangeable with the terms: cart, buggy, carriage, 30 and the like.
