With such a cooling pad, the migratability of a cooling medium containing gel accommodated inside thereof is high, thus if the cooling medium is only accommodated in the exterior element, the weight of the body would cause the cooling medium to be unevenly distributed in the exterior element, resulting in a sufficient cooling effect for the 20 body being not capable of being expected. On the other hand, in recent years, cubic nets which are formed into a pillow size, a futon mattress size, a floor cushion size, or the like, being provided with resilience have been put into practice, and these have been used at the time of sleeping or in Japanese style rooms, and the like. 25 In the patent document 1, as an item related to the cooling pad, a cooling/heating gel pillow including a cooling/heating gel sheet of a pillow size, and a pillow cover having an accommodation part inside thereof into/from which this cooling/heating gel sheet can be inserted/removed is disclosed. However, it is a main object of the cooling/heating gel pillow as disclosed in the 30 patent document 1 to provide the cooling effect thereof for the head of human body, and the size thereof is relatively small, thus in consideration of the migratability of the water containing gel, it is estimated that, even if the configuration of such a cooling/heating gel pillow is applied, as it is, to a human body cooling apparatus of a long size, such as a bed sheet size, or the like, no sufficient cooling effect can be expected.
2 In the patent document 2, as an item related to the cubic net, there is proposed a cushioning material which connects between the front and back nettings, using connecting strings, for making a cubic item, thus allowing it to be used as a pillow, a mat, or the like. 5 However, at present, no elastic human body cooling apparatuses are available which combine the cooling effect of a cooling medium containing gel with a multi-hole elastic body assuring a moderate resilience and gas permeability, and having a good feeling upon use, and which can exert each of these functions. [Patent document 1] Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2002-23442 10 [Patent document 2] Japanese Patent No. 4001890 In a variety of sizes such as a pillow size, a futon mattress size, a bed sheet size, and the like, no elastic human body cooling apparatus is available which can suppress uneven distribution of the cooling medium due to the migratability thereof and impart a sufficient cooling effect on the body, having a moderate resilience, a good gas is permeability, being excellent in heat dissipation capability, and giving a good feeling upon use. Object of the Invention It is the object of the present invention to substantially overcome or at least 20 ameliorate one or more of the foregoing disadvantages. Summary An aspect of the present invention provides an elastic human body cooling apparatus, comprising: 25 a human body cooling apparatus wherein two covering members in the shape of a sheet having a front cloth formed of a cloth-like material and a backing cloth formed of a non-water absorption material are put one upon another with said backing cloths being disposed opposed to each other; a plurality of air bleeder holes for heat radiation are provided; and a cooling medium is accommodated in the scattered state, the migration 30 thereof between said backing cloths being restricted; a multi-hole elastic body disposed on the entire surface of said human body cooling apparatus, being superposed thereon, wherein a mesh-like front cloth and a mesh like backing cloth are disposed being opposed to each other; and elastic connecting string members connecting between said mesh-like front cloth and mesh-like backing cloth with 3 a separation are provided for giving resilience and gas permeability between said mesh like front cloth and mesh-like backing cloth; and a peripheral sewing-up member which is stitched to said human body cooling apparatus and multi-hole elastic body so as to cover the outer edge portions thereof for s integrating said human body cooling apparatus and multi-hole elastic body. Another aspect of the present invention provides an elastic human body cooling apparatus, comprising: a human body cooling apparatus including: an exterior element wherein two covering members in the shape of a 1o sheet having a front cloth formed of a cloth-like material and a backing cloth formed of a non-water absorption material are put one upon another with said backing cloths being disposed opposed to each other to be configured in a flat form, being provided with an outer edge crimped portion, a partially crimped portion having an air bleeder hole for heat radiation in the internal area, and a middle crimped portion in the shape of a straight line; is and a cooling medium which is accommodated in the state in which the migration thereof is restricted in said exterior element by said outer edge crimped portion, partially crimped portion in the internal area, and middle crimped portion; a multi-hole elastic body having a size corresponding to said human body 20 cooling apparatus that is disposed on the entire surface of said human body cooling apparatus, being superposed thereon, wherein a mesh-like front cloth and a mesh-like backing cloth are disposed being opposed to each other; and elastic connecting string members connecting between opposed net members of said mesh-like front cloth and mesh-like backing cloth with a separation are provided for giving resilience and gas 25 permeability between said mesh-like front cloth and mesh-like backing cloth; and a peripheral sewing-up member which is stitched to said human body cooling apparatus and multi-hole elastic body so as to cover the outer edge portions thereof for integrating said human body cooling apparatus and multi-hole elastic body. Another aspect of the present invention provides an elastic human body cooling 30 apparatus, compnsing: a human body cooling apparatus including: an exterior element wherein two covering members in the shape of a sheet having a front cloth formed of a cloth-like material and a backing cloth formed of a non-water absorption material weldable by high-frequency heating are put one upon 35 another with said backing cloths being disposed opposed to each other to be configured in 4 a flat form, being provided with an outer edge crimped portion produced by high frequency heating of the backing cloths to each other, a partially crimped portion in a plurality of places that is toric, having an air bleeder hole for heat radiation in the internal area, and a middle crimped portion in the shape of a straight line; and 5 a cooling medium which is accommodated in the state in which the migration thereof is restricted in said exterior element by said outer edge crimped portion, partially crimped portion in the internal area, and middle crimped portion; a multi-hole elastic body having a size corresponding to said human body cooling apparatus that is disposed on the entire surface of said human body cooling 10 apparatus, being superposed thereon, wherein a mesh-like front cloth and a mesh-like backing cloth in the form of a number of holes consecutively connected to one another are disposed being opposed to each other; and elastic connecting string members connecting between opposed net members of said mesh-like front cloth and mesh-like backing cloth with a separation are provided for giving resilience and gas permeability between said 15 mesh-like front cloth and mesh-like backing cloth; and a peripheral sewing-up member which is stitched to said human body cooling apparatus and multi-hole elastic body so as to cover the outer edge portions thereof for integrating said human body cooling apparatus and multi-hole elastic body. Another aspect of the present invention provides an elastic human body cooling 20 apparatus, comprising: a human body cooling apparatus including: an exterior element in which two covering members in the shape of a sheet having a front cloth selected from fiber, cotton fiber, nylon, polyester, rayon, hemp, raised fabric, crepe, striped crepe, towel fabric, or the like, and a backing cloth formed of 25 polyvinyl chloride, or the like, which is a non-water absorption material weldable by high-frequency heating are put one upon another with said backing cloths being disposed opposed to each other to be configured in a flat form, being provided with an outer edge crimped portion produced by high-frequency heating of the backing cloths to each other, a partially crimped portion in a plurality of places that is toric, having an air bleeder hole 30 for heat radiation in the internal area, and a middle crimped portion in the shape of a straight line; and a cooling medium containing a gel, a sodium polyacrylate, ammonium sulfate, sodium sulfate, glycerin, water, a fungicide, and the like, that is accommodated in the state in which the migration thereof is restricted in said exterior element by said outer 5 edge crimped portion, partially crimped portion in the internal area, and middle crimped portion; a multi-hole elastic body having a size corresponding to said human body cooling apparatus that is disposed on the entire surface of said human body cooling 5 apparatus, being superposed thereon, wherein a mesh-like front cloth and a mesh-like backing cloth in the shape of a rectangular sheet in the form of a number of holes consecutively connected to one another are disposed being opposed to each other; and elastic connecting string members connecting between opposed net members of said mesh-like front cloth and mesh-like backing cloth with a separation are provided for to giving resilience and gas permeability between said mesh-like front cloth and mesh-like backing cloth; and a peripheral sewing-up member which is stitched to said human body cooling apparatus and multi-hole elastic body so as to cover the outer edge portions thereof for integrating said human body cooling apparatus and multi-hole elastic body, 15 and allowing front/back reversing for reversible use. According to an embodiment of the invention, there can be provided an elastic human body cooling apparatus which is configured in the shape of a rectangular sheet and with which the migration of the cooling medium in the human body cooling apparatus is 10 restricted by the partially crimped portion and the middle crimped portion for elimination of uneven distribution of the cooling medium, and the air bleeder hole provided in the partially crimped portion and the hole in the multi-hole elastic body cause a good heat dissipation action to be performed, thereby imparting a sufficient cooling effect on the body at the time of sleeping, and the like, yet the moderate resilience of the multi-hole is elastic body giving a good feeling upon use. According to an embodiment of the invention, there can be provided an elastic human body cooling apparatus with which the migration of the cooling medium in the human body cooling apparatus is restricted by the partially crimped portion and the middle crimped portion for elimination of uneven distribution of the cooling medium, and 20 the air bleeder hole provided in the partially crimped portion and the hole in the multi hole elastic body cause a good heat dissipation action to be performed, thereby imparting a sufficient cooling effect on the body at the time of sleeping, and the like, yet the moderate resilience of the multi-hole elastic body giving a good feeling upon use, and front/back reversing being allowed for reversible use. 25 According to an embodiment of the invention, there can be provided an elastic human body cooling apparatus which is configured in substantially the same manner as the elastic human body cooling apparatus of the invention as stated in claim 4, the size thereof being selected from various sizes such as a bed sheet size, a futon mattress size, a pillow size, a half size, i.e., a middle size between the sizes of these sizes, further, a car 30 seat size, a floor cushion size, a wine bottle heat insulating seat size, and the like, and with which, in the same manner as the invention as stated in claim 2, for any particular size selected, the migration of the cooling medium in the human body cooling apparatus is restricted by the partially crimped portion and the middle crimped portion for elimination of uneven distribution of the cooling medium, and the air bleeder hole 35 provided in the partially crimped portion and the hole in the multi-hole elastic body cause 9 a good heat dissipation action to be performed, thereby imparting a sufficient cooling effect on the body at the time of sleeping, and the like, yet the moderate resilience of the multi-hole elastic body giving a good feeling upon use, and front/back reversing being allowed for reversible use. 5 According to an embodiment of the invention, there can be provided an elastic human body cooling apparatus, in other words, which is configured such that: the partially crimped portion in a plurality of places in the human body cooling apparatus is toric, quadrangular, triangular, oval, heart-shaped, or the like, having an air bleeder hole for heat radiation of a shape selected from various shapes, such as a circular io shape, quadrangular shape, triangular shape, oval shape, heat-shape, and the like; further the multi-hole elastic body includes a mesh-like front cloth and a mesh like backing cloth in the shape of a rectangular sheet which are disposed opposed to each other, being provided with a number of holes consecutively connected to one another, having a shape selected from various shapes, such as a hexagonal shape, a circular shape, is an oval shape, a quadrangular shape, and a rhombic shape; and elastic connecting string members which connect between opposed net members of the mesh-like front cloth and mesh-like backing cloth with a separation in the mode selected from the straight connection, cross connection, and straight-cross mixed connection modes; for any particular size selected, the migration of the cooling medium in the 20 human body cooling apparatus being restricted by the partially crimped portion and the middle crimped portion for elimination of uneven distribution of the cooling medium; and the air bleeder hole provided in the partially crimped portion and the hole in the multi hole elastic body causing a good heat dissipation action to be performed, thereby imparting a sufficient cooling effect on the body at the time of sleeping, and the like, yet 25 the moderate resilience of the multi-hole elastic body giving a good feeling upon use, and front/back reversing being allowed for reversible use. According to an embodiment of the invention, there can be provided an elastic human body cooling apparatus, by forming the exterior element of the human body cooling apparatus from a polyvinyl chloride material as a single piece in place of the front 30 cloth and backing cloth constituting the exterior element of the human body cooling apparatus in the invention according to any one of claim 1 to 6.

Detailed Description of the Preferred Embodiments An embodiment of the present invention provides an elastic human body cooling apparatus which, in a variety of sizes such as a pillow size, a futon mattress size, a bed 20 sheet size, and the like, can suppress uneven distribution of the cooling medium due to the migratability thereof and impart a sufficient cooling effect on the body, having a moderate resilience, a good gas permeability, being excellent in heat dissipation capability, and giving a good feeling upon use, by means of a configuration, 25 comprising: a human body cooling apparatus including: an exterior element wherein two covering members in the shape of a sheet of a size selected from various sizes such as a futon mattress size, a bed sheet size, a pillow size, a half size, i.e., a middle size between these 30 sizes, further, a car seat size, a floor cushion size, a wine bottle heat insulating seat size, and the like, having a front cloth selected from fiber, cotton fiber, nylon, polyester, rayon, hemp, raised fabric, crepe, striped crepe, towel fabric, or the like, and a backing cloth formed of polyvinyl chloride, or the like, which is a non-water absorption material weldable by high-frequency heating are put one upon another with the backing cloths 35 being disposed opposed to each other to be configured in a flat form, being provided with 12 an outer edge crimped portion produced by high-frequency heating of the backing cloths to each other, a partially crimped portion in a plurality of places that is toric, having an air bleeder hole for heat radiation in the internal area, and a middle crimped portion in the shape of a straight line; and 5 a cooling medium containing a gel, a sodium polyacrylate, ammonium sulfate, sodium sulfate, glycerin, water, a fungicide, and the like, that is accommodated in the state in which the migration thereof is restricted in the exterior element by the outer edge crimped portion, partially crimped portion in the internal area, and middle crimped portion; 1o a multi-hole elastic body having a flat form and a size corresponding to the human body cooling apparatus that is disposed on the entire surface of the human body cooling apparatus, being superposed thereon, wherein a mesh-like front cloth and a mesh like backing cloth in the shape of a rectangular sheet are disposed being opposed to each is other which are provided with a number of holes consecutively connected to one another; and wherein elastic connecting string members connecting between opposed net members of the mesh-like front cloth and mesh-like backing cloth with a separation in the mode selected from the straight connection, cross 20 connection, and straight-cross mixed connection modes are provided for giving resilience and gas permeability between the mesh-like front cloth and mesh-like backing cloth; and a peripheral sewing-up member which is stitched to the human body cooling apparatus and multi-hole elastic body so as to cover the outer edge portions thereof for integrating the human body cooling apparatus and multi-hole elastic body, 25 and allowing front/back reversing for reversible use. Embodiment I Hereinbelow, elastic human body cooling apparatuses pertaining to embodiments 30 of the present invention will be described in details with reference to the drawings. The elastic human body cooling apparatus I pertaining to the present Embodiment I will be described with reference to FIG. I to FIG. 8. The elastic human body cooling apparatus 1 pertaining to the present Embodiment I is used, being laid on, for example, a futon mattress, a mattress, or the 13 like, and, as shown in FIG. I to FIG. 3, FIG. 4 (a), and FIG. 5, the elastic human body cooling apparatus 1 includes: a human body cooling apparatus 21 having an exterior element 3 wherein one covering member in which a front cloth 3 formed of, for example, cotton fiber, polyester, 5 rayon, hemp, raised fabric, crepe, striped crepe, towel fabric, or the like, and a backing cloth 4 formed of a non-water absorbent material weldable by high-frequency heating, such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC), or the like, are superposed on each other, and the other covering member which is constituted by the front cloth 3 and the backing cloth 4, being configured in the same manner, are put upon one another with the backing cloths 4 being to disposed opposed to each other and being high-frequency welded, and a cooling medium 5 containing gel which is accommodated in the scattered state in this exterior element 2, being hermetically sealed; a multi-hole elastic body 31 of a flat shape that is formed to a size corresponding to the human body cooling apparatus 21 and is disposed on the entire surface thereof, is being superposed thereon; and a peripheral sewing-up member 41 like a cotton material that is stitched to the exterior element 2 of the human body cooling apparatus 21 and the multi-hole elastic body 31 so as to cover the four-side outer edge portions thereof for integrating the human body cooling apparatus 21 and multi-hole elastic body 31. 20 The elastic human body cooling apparatus I pertaining to the present Embodiment I is used, being laid on a futon mattress, a mattress, or the like, as described above, and besides this it can, of course, be used as a single unit. The exterior element 2 in the human body cooling apparatus 21 is provided with a shape of a rectangular sheet, and a size selected from various sizes such as, for example, 25 a bed sheet size (of, for example, a width of 90 cm and a length of 140 cm), a futon mattress size, a pillow size, a half size, i.e., a middle size between the sizes of these sizes, further, a car seat size, a floor cushion size, a wine bottle heat insulating seat size, and the like. In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 4 (b), the exterior 30 element 2 of the human body cooling apparatus 21 that is constituted by the front cloth 3 and the backing cloth 4 can be replaced with an exterior element 2 which is formed as a single piece, being made of a polyvinyl chloride material. The polyvinyl chloride material constituting the exterior element 2 may be a transparent one. Also in this case, an elastic human body cooling apparatus which is substantially the same as the elastic 35 human body cooling apparatus 1 can be realized.
14 In correspondence with the exterior element 2, the multi-hole elastic body 31 is provided with a shape of a rectangular sheet, and a size selected from various sizes such as, for example, a futon mattress size or a bed sheet size (of, for example, a width of 90 cm and a length of 140 cm), a pillow size or a half size, i.e., a middle size between these s sizes, further, a car seat size, a floor cushion size, a wine bottle heat insulating seat size, and the like. FIG. I and FIG. 2 show an elastic human body cooling apparatus 1 which is constituted by the human body cooling apparatus 21 which is formed in the futon mattress size or the bed sheet size, as a whole, the multi-hole elastic body 31 and the peripheral 10 sewing-up member 41. The cooling medium 5 in the human body cooling apparatus 21 is hermetically sealed and accommodated in the exterior element 2 with the both backing cloths 4 being high-frequency welded to each other in a predetermined crimp pattern in respective crimped portions constituted by an outer edge crimped portion 6, a number of partially is crimped portions 7, which are, for example, toric, having an air bleeder hole (through hole) 8 for heat radiation, which is, for example, circular, and a straight-linear middle crimped portion 9 for restriction of migration of the cooling medium 5. The outer surfaces of the both front cloths 3 are subjected to anti-fungal treatment. In addition, in the outer edge portion outside the four-side outer edge crimped 20 portion 6, the side cloth is disposed (by hemming), being stitched by sewing over the entire periphery. Examples of a composition of the cooling medium 5 containing gel include a composition consisting of a gel, a sodium polyacrylate, ammonium sulfate, sodium sulfate, glycerin, water, a fungicide, and the like. 25 As shown in FIG. 2, the partially crimped portion 7 in the present Embodiment I is provided in eight places in the lateral direction and six places in the longitudinal direction over the entire area of the exterior element 2, in forty eight places in total. The air bleeder hole 8 is provided in each partially crimped portion 7 in the shape of a circle. In order to form the partially crimped portion 7 and air bleeder hole 8, forty eight 30 partially crimped portions 7 in total are first formed by high-frequency welding in the exterior element 2, then, in the middle portion of each partially crimped portion 7, the air bleeder hole 8 is produced also by high-frequency welding. As shown in FIG. 2, in the present Embodiment 1, a desired number of the middle crimped portions 9 are formed with a separation along the lengthwise and lateral 35 directions in the exterior element 2.
15 Next, the multi-hole elastic body 31 will be described with reference to FIG. 1, FIG. 3 to FIG. 5. With the multi-hole elastic body 31, a mesh-like front cloth 33 and a mesh-like backing cloth 34 are disposed, opposed to each other, which are made of such a material 5 as a polyester material or a nylon material, being in the shape of a rectangular sheet in the form of a number of holes 32 consecutively connected to one another which have a shape selected from various shapes, such as a hexagonal shape, a circular shape, an oval shape, a quadrangular shape, and a rhombic shape, and as shown in FIG. 5, a number of elastic connecting string members 35 (elastic connecting string members) connect between 1o opposed net members 33a, 34a of the mesh-like front cloth 33 and mesh-like backing cloth 34 with a separation, respectively, whereby resilience (spring properties) and gas permeability are provided between the mesh-like front cloth 33 and mesh-like backing cloth 34. As the elastic connecting string member 35, a mono-filament or multi-filament is formed of such a material as nylon or Teflon (a registered trademark) is adopted. The multi-hole elastic body 31 has a specified thickness of, for example, 3 to 20 mm. Examples of mode of connection of the elastic connecting string member 35, which connects between the net members 33a , 34a with a separation, respectively, include straight connection, cross connection, and straight-cross mixed connection modes. 20 And by putting upon one another the four-side outer edge portion of the exterior element 2 in the human body cooling apparatus 21 and the four-side outer edge portion of the multi-hole elastic body 31 and stitching the peripheral sewing-up member 41 like a cotton material to the four-side outer edge portions so as to cover them, the elastic human body cooling apparatus 1 of the present Embodiment I is configured. 25 Next, specific examples of the partially crimped portion 7 and the air bleeder hole 8 in the human body cooling apparatus 21 in the elastic human body cooling apparatus I pertaining to the present Embodiment I will be described with reference to FIG. 8. Besides these, the shape of the partially crimped portion 7 can be selected from a triangular shape, an oval shape, and the like, while the shape of the air bleeder hole 8 can s be selected from a triangular shape, an oval shape, and the like. In other words, the respective shapes of the partially crimped portion 7 and air bleeder hole 8 can be selected from various combinations of shapes, and are not limited to the respective examples as shown in FIG. 8. Next, with reference to FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the mode of use, and the like, of the io elastic human body cooling apparatus 1 pertaining to the present Embodiment 1 will be described. As shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, for example, the elastic human body cooling apparatus 1 pertaining to the present Embodiment I is used in such a mode as that in which it is placed on the top of a sheet 11 on a bed (or a futon mattress) 10 for use in 15 sleeping (the sheet 11 is not always needed), or the like, and a sleeping person M lies on the elastic human body cooling apparatus I for sleep. FIG. 6 shows the mode of use in which the human body cooling apparatus 21 of the elastic human body cooling apparatus 1 is on the front side. At this time, because a number of toric partially crimped portions 7 are provided 20 in the internal area of the four-side outer edge crimped portion 6 of the human body cooling apparatus 21, the migratability of the cooling medium 5 containing gel in the inside of the human body cooling apparatus 21 in this elastic human body cooling apparatus I will be moderately suppressed, even if the weight of the sleeping person M acts on the elastic human body cooling apparatus 1. 25 And, as shown in FIG. 7, the elastic human body cooling apparatus I is appropriately deflected on the action of resilience of the elastic connecting string members in the multi-hole elastic body 31, whereby the elastic human body cooling apparatus I is comfortably fitted to the body of the sleeping person M, giving an extremely good feeling upon use, and due to the temperature difference between the room 30 temperature and the body temperature of the sleeping person M, the cooling medium 5 takes away the body heat of the back, waist, foot, and the like, of the sleeping person M, which enhances the cooling effect. The heat accumulated in the cooling medium 5 is dissipated into the atmosphere in the room from the air bleeder hole 8, which is circular, for example, provided in the 35 respective partially crimped portions 7, which are toric, for example, and the hole 32 in 17 the multi-hole elastic body 31, especially from the air bleeder hole 8, which is circular, for example, in the area of the elastic human body cooling apparatus 1 on which the body of the sleeping person M does not directly rest. In other words, radiation of the heat from the body of the sleeping person M is extremely satisfactorily performed. In FIG. 7, 12 5 denotes a pillow. Thus, the elastic human body cooling apparatus 1 pertaining to the present Embodiment 1 has excellent effects of giving a good feeling upon use to the sleeping person M, and moderately cooling the body temperature of the sleeping person M from the start of sleeping to awaking in the high temperature season, thus realizing comfortable io sleep. In addition, the elastic human body cooling apparatus I pertaining to the present Embodiment I is also capable of front/back reversing of this elastic human body cooling apparatus I itself for reversible use, whereby the elastic human body cooling apparatus I can withstand the use over a longer period of time. 15 Embodiment 2 The elastic human body cooling apparatus IA pertaining to the present Embodiment 2 and the mode of use thereof will be described with reference to FIG. 9 to FIG. 12. 20 The elastic human body cooling apparatus IA pertaining to the present Embodiment 2 has substantially the same configuration as that of the aforedescribed elastic human body cooling apparatus 1, however, as shown in FIG. 9, in which the multi hole elastic body 31 is on the front side, and in FIG. 10, in which the human body cooling apparatus 21 is on the front side, the elastic human body cooling apparatus IA is 25 configured to provide a half size, the entire size being reduced to that of, for example, a width of 90 cm and a length of 90 cm, which is substantially half the size of the elastic human body cooling apparatus 1. The elastic human body cooling apparatus I A may be implemented as a heart shaped elastic human body cooling apparatus by forming the exterior element 2 in the 30 shape of a heart (not shown), with the cooling medium 5 containing gel being hermetically accommodated in the scattered state in the exterior element 2 to provide a human body cooling apparatus. In this case, the multi-hole elastic body, which has a size corresponding to that of the human body cooling apparatus, is formed in the shape of a heart (not shown), and the other portions are configured in the same manner as in the 35 Embodiment 1.
18 As shown in FIG. 10, the partially crimped portion 7 in the human body cooling apparatus 21 in this elastic human body cooling apparatus IA is provided in six places in the lateral direction and eight places in the longitudinal direction over the entire area of the exterior element 2, in forty eight places in total. The air bleeder hole 8 is provided in 5 each partially crimped portion 7 in the shape of, for example, a circle. As shown in FIG. 11 and FIG. 12, the elastic human body cooling apparatus IA pertaining to the present Embodiment 2 is also used in such a mode as that in which it is placed on the top of a sheet II on a bed (or a futon mattress) 10 for use in sleeping (the sheet 11 is not always needed), or the like, and a sleeping person M lies on the elastic io human body cooling apparatus IA for sleep. The elastic human body cooling apparatus IA pertaining to the present Embodiment 2 is used, being laid on a futon mattress, a mattress, or the like, as described above, and besides this it can, of course, be used as a single unit. According to the elastic human body cooling apparatus IA pertaining to the is present Embodiment 2, in the same manner as in the Embodiment 1, at the time of sleep of the sleeping person M, the elastic human body cooling apparatus IA is fitted to the back, giving an extremely good feeling upon use, and due to the temperature difference between the room temperature and the body temperature of the sleeping person M, the cooling medium 5 takes away the body heat of the back of the sleeping person M, which 20 enhances the cooling effect. 19 As shown in FIG. 14, the partially crimped portion 7 in this elastic human body cooling apparatus I B is provided in three places in the lateral direction and two places in the longitudinal direction over the entire area of the exterior element 2, in six places in total. The air bleeder hole 8 is provided in each partially crimped portion 7 in the shape 5 of, for example, a circle. FIG. 15 and FIG. 16 illustrates the mode of use of the elastic human body cooling apparatus 1 B pertaining to the present Embodiment 3; when the sleeping person M sleeps on the pillow 12 on which the elastic human body cooling apparatus I B is placed, the action of resilience of the multi-hole elastic body 31 causes the elastic human 10 body cooling apparatus I B to be comfortably fitted to the body of the sleeping person M in the same manner as described above, and due to the temperature difference between the room temperature and the body temperature of the sleeping person M, the cooling medium 5 takes away the heat of the head of the sleeping person M, with the air bleeder hole 8 and the hole 32 in the multi-hole elastic body 31 dissipating the heat into the is atmosphere in the room. In other words, radiation of the heat from the head of the sleeping person M is satisfactorily performed. Thus, the elastic human body cooling apparatus 1 B pertaining to the present Embodiment 3 has excellent effects of giving a good feeling upon use to the sleeping person M, and moderately cooling the head of the sleeping person M for keeping the head 20 cool and the feet warm from the start of sleeping to awaking in the high temperature season, thus realizing comfortable sleep. The elastic human body cooling apparatus 1 B pertaining to the present Embodiment 3 is used, being laid on a futon mattress, a mattress, or the like, and besides this it can, of course, be used as a single unit. In addition, the elastic human body cooling apparatus lB pertaining to the 25 present Embodiment 3 is also capable of front/back reversing of this elastic human body cooling apparatus I B itself for reversible use, whereby the elastic human body cooling apparatus 1 B can withstand the use over a longer period of time. The elastic human body cooling apparatus 1, the elastic human body cooling apparatus IA, and the elastic human body cooling apparatus lB as described above are 30 each chilly as they are, however, they can also be used after being cooled with a refrigerator, or being warmed with an electronic oven.
20 Industrial Applicability The apparatuses according to the present invention are mainly used in sleeping as described above, and in addition, can be used for a wide variety of purposes, such as recovery from fatigue in the summer season, rest after sport, and the like.

Claims (5)

1. An elastic human body cooling apparatus, comprising: a human body cooling apparatus wherein two covering members in the shape of 5 a sheet having a front cloth formed of a cloth-like material and a backing cloth formed of a non-water absorption material are put one upon another with said backing cloths being disposed opposed to each other; a plurality of air bleeder holes for heat radiation are provided; and a cooling medium is accommodated in the scattered state, the migration thereof between said backing cloths being restricted; 10 a multi-hole elastic body disposed on the entire surface of said human body cooling apparatus, being superposed thereon, wherein a mesh-like front cloth and a mesh like backing cloth are disposed being opposed to each other; and elastic connecting string members connecting between said mesh-like front cloth and mesh-like backing cloth with a separation are provided for giving resilience and gas permeability between said mesh is like front cloth and mesh-like backing cloth; and a peripheral sewing-up member which is stitched to said human body cooling apparatus and multi-hole elastic body so as to cover the outer edge portions thereof for integrating said human body cooling apparatus and multi-hole elastic body.
2. An elastic human body cooling apparatus, comprising: 20 a human body cooling apparatus including: an exterior element wherein two covering members in the shape of a sheet having a front cloth formed of a cloth-like material and a backing cloth formed of a non-water absorption material are put one upon another with said backing cloths being disposed opposed to each other to be configured in a flat form, being provided with an 25 outer edge crimped portion, a partially crimped portion having an air bleeder hole for heat radiation in the internal area, and a middle crimped portion in the shape of a straight line; and a cooling medium which is accommodated in the state in which the migration thereof is restricted in said exterior element by said outer edge crimped portion, 30 partially crimped portion in the internal area, and middle crimped portion; a multi-hole elastic body having a size corresponding to said human body cooling apparatus that is disposed on the entire surface of said human body cooling apparatus, being superposed thereon, wherein a mesh-like front cloth and a mesh-like backing cloth are disposed being opposed to each other; and elastic connecting string 35 members connecting between opposed net members of said mesh-like front cloth and 22 mesh-like backing cloth with a separation are provided for giving resilience and gas permeability between said mesh-like front cloth and mesh-like backing cloth; and a peripheral sewing-up member which is stitched to said human body cooling apparatus and multi-hole elastic body so as to cover the outer edge portions thereof for 5 integrating said human body cooling apparatus and multi-hole elastic body.

An elastic human body cooling apparatus, comprising: a human body cooling apparatus including: an exterior element wherein two covering members in the shape of a sheet having a front cloth formed of a cloth-like material and a backing cloth formed of a io non-water absorption material weldable by high-frequency heating are put one upon another with said backing cloths being disposed opposed to each other to be configured in a flat form, being provided with an outer edge crimped portion produced by high frequency heating of the backing cloths to each other, a partially crimped portion in a plurality of places that is toric, having an air bleeder hole for heat radiation in the internal is area, and a middle crimped portion in the shape of a straight line; and a cooling medium which is accommodated in the state in which the migration thereof is restricted in said exterior element by said outer edge crimped portion, partially crimped portion in the internal area, and middle crimped portion; a multi-hole elastic body having a size corresponding to said human body 20 cooling apparatus that is disposed on the entire surface of said human body cooling apparatus, being superposed thereon, wherein a mesh-like front cloth and a mesh-like backing cloth in the form of a number of holes consecutively connected to one another are disposed being opposed to each other; and elastic connecting string members connecting between opposed net members of said mesh-like front cloth and mesh-like backing cloth 25 with a separation are provided for giving resilience and gas permeability between said mesh-like front cloth and mesh-like backing cloth; and a peripheral sewing-up member which is stitched to said human body cooling apparatus and multi-hole elastic body so as to cover the outer edge portions thereof for integrating said human body cooling apparatus and multi-hole elastic body. 30

An elastic human body cooling apparatus, comprising: a human body cooling apparatus including: an exterior element in which two covering members in the shape of a sheet having a front cloth selected from fiber, cotton fiber, nylon, polyester, rayon, hemp, raised fabric, crepe, striped crepe, towel fabric, or the like, and a backing cloth formed of 35 polyvinyl chloride, or the like, which is a non-water absorption material weldable by 23 high-frequency heating are put one upon another with said backing cloths being disposed opposed to each other to be configured in a flat form, being provided with an outer edge crimped portion produced by high-frequency heating of the backing cloths to each other, a partially crimped portion in a plurality of places that is toric, having an air bleeder hole 5 for heat radiation in the internal area, and a middle crimped portion in the shape of a straight line; and a cooling medium containing a gel, a sodium polyacrylate, ammonium sulfate, sodium sulfate, glycerin, water, a fungicide, and the like, that is accommodated in the state in which the migration thereof is restricted in said exterior element by said outer 1o edge crimped portion, partially crimped portion in the internal area, and middle crimped portion; a multi-hole elastic body having a size corresponding to said human body cooling apparatus that is disposed on the entire surface of said human body cooling apparatus, being superposed thereon, wherein a mesh-like front cloth and a mesh-like 15 backing cloth in the shape of a rectangular sheet in the form of a number of holes consecutively connected to one another are disposed being opposed to each other; and elastic connecting string members connecting between opposed net members of said mesh-like front cloth and mesh-like backing cloth with a separation are provided for giving resilience and gas permeability between said mesh-like front cloth and mesh-like 20 backing cloth; and a peripheral sewing-up member which is stitched to said human body cooling apparatus and multi-hole elastic body so as to cover the outer edge portions thereof for integrating said human body cooling apparatus and multi-hole elastic body, and 25 allowing front/back reversing for reversible use.

An elastic human body cooling apparatus, comprising: a human body cooling apparatus including: an exterior element wherein two covering members in the shape of a sheet of a size selected from various sizes such as a futon mattress size, a bed sheet size, a 30 pillow size, a half size, i.e., a middle size between these sizes, further, a car seat size, a floor cushion size, a wine bottle heat insulating seat size, and the like, having a front cloth selected from fiber, cotton fiber, nylon, polyester, rayon, hemp, raised fabric, crepe, striped crepe, towel fabric, or the like, and a backing cloth formed of polyvinyl chloride, or the like, which is a non-water absorption material weldable by high-frequency heating 35 are put one upon another with said backing cloths being disposed opposed to each other to 24 be configured in a flat form, being provided with an outer edge crimped portion produced by high-frequency heating of the backing cloths to each other, a partially crimped portion in a plurality of places that is toric, having an air bleeder hole for heat radiation in the internal area, and a middle crimped portion in the shape of a straight line; and 5 a cooling medium containing a gel, a sodium polyacrylate, ammonium sulfate, sodium sulfate, glycerin, water, a fungicide, and the like, that is accommodated in the state in which the migration thereof is restricted in said exterior element by said outer edge crimped portion, partially crimped portion in the internal area, and middle crimped portion; 10 a multi-hole elastic body having a size corresponding to said human body cooling apparatus that is disposed on the entire surface of said human body cooling apparatus, being superposed thereon, wherein a mesh-like front cloth and a mesh-like backing cloth in the shape of a rectangular sheet in the form of a number of holes consecutively connected to one another are disposed being opposed to each other; and is elastic connecting string members connecting between opposed net members of said mesh-like front cloth and mesh-like backing cloth with a separation in the mode selected from the straight connection, cross connection, and straight-cross mixed connection modes are provided for giving resilience and gas permeability between said mesh-like front cloth and mesh-like backing cloth; and 20 a peripheral sewing-up member which is stitched to said human body cooling apparatus and multi-hole elastic body so as to cover the outer edge portions thereof for integrating said human body cooling apparatus and multi-hole elastic body, and allowing front/back reversing for reversible use. 25 Dated 9 November 2010 Hirakawa Corporation Patent Attorneys for the Applicant/Nominated Person SPRUSON & FERGUSON
