Description
Description The present invention relates to the use of baby pram/stroller covers.
Pram covers are designed to help protect baby form the elements. Pram covers typically perform by completely encompassing the prams frontage, thus providing limited ventilation and restricted viewing for the child in the pram and the pram operator. Most attach wholly onto the pram via the use of a zip, Velcro or elasticated edge, thus limiting easy access to the occupant inside the pram.
Having this in mind, so many pram pushers throw their baby muslin wrap (cheesecloth piece of material), baby blanket, or towel over the front of the pram using tedious tying methods to hold it in place to protect their child from the elements, only to have it blown off in the wind, pulled down by baby or get caught in the pram wheels.
These problems were overcome by the present invention which allows the blanket of choice to be secured to the pram/stroller and arranged in which ever position suits baby and the applicator. (See Photo 1) Each clip consists of an elasticated tape which allows the clips to be stretched into hard to reach areas of the pram. At either end of the elastic are metal braces type clips which are sewn onto the ends of the elastic (See Photo 2 and Inside the braces clips are plastic teeth (See Photo this allows a firm grip onto the fabric of the pram and also the blanket/wrap/towel, and also protects the fabric form damage. Simply lift the head plate of the braces clip up to open the mouth, insert the fabric between the plastic teeth and close down the top plate which in turn closes the teeth firmly down onto the fabric (See Photo With easy attachment of one end to the blanket and the other end to the fabric on the pram, this secures the covering to help protect baby/child from the elements. (See Phot 6)

1. ShadyBaby Blanket Clips secure your choice of blanket to your pram.
2. ShadyBaby Blanket Clips allow you to arrange your blanket over your pram in many versatile ways.
3. ShadyBaby Blanket Clips consist of a strong elasticated tape and a metal braces clip at either end of the elastic.
4. The braces clips of claim 3, contain plastic teeth for extra grip, while being gentle on the fabrics.
