Description

00 TITLE: DISPOSABLE GLOVE BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention The present invention is related to a disposable glove comprised of an outer plastic film and an inner fibrous fabric (Ni layer, and more particularly, to one that the inner layer _contacts fingers and a palm of a user is air permeable and 00 0provides with wicking effect for the liquid like sweat to get 1, 10 out so as to make the wearer to feel more comfortable.
Description of the Prior Art: Disposable gloves generally available in the market are usually made of PE or latex by having only a single layer or two films overlapped and heat sealed along a perimeter of a contour of a hand while leaving an opening to admit a hand of a user to wear.
However, PE or latex is not air permeable and when made into a glove, it not only causes the wearer to feel uncomfortably but also fails to discharge sweats trapped in the glove. Particularly, the latex glove, for it contains proteins, is a common source of causing hypersensitive reaction to the skin of its wearer.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The primary purpose of the present invention is to provide a disposable glove comprised of an outer layer and an inner layer that is capable of maintaining a hand dry and clean thus to improve work safety and efficiency. To achieve the purpose, the outer layer includes two sheets of waterproof plastic film each being cut into a hand shape; and the inner layer includes two sheets of air permeable fibrous fabric each also cut into a hand shape; two inner sheets of fibrous fabric are respectively bonded to the two sheets of plastic film of the outer layer; perimeter of 00 0 the glove is then heat sealed using a hot press; and an opening to admit a ci hand of a user is left open between the two inner layers. The plastic film of the outer layer keeps away water and humidity while the fibrous fabric of the inner layer provides comfortable hand touch through its wicking effect.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the present invention.
Fig. 2 is a sectional view showing a local part of the present 00 invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED
EMBODIMENTS
Referring to Figs. 1, 2, and 3, a disposable glove of the present invention is comprised of an outer layer 1 and an inner layer 2.
The outer layer is comprised of an upper sheet waterproof plastic film 11 and a lower sheet of plastic film 12 with each plastic film cut into a hand shape; and the plastic film 11, 12 is preferred to be of PE film or any other similar material of plastic film in thickness of 0.01-0.03 mm. The inner layer 2 also includes two sheets of air permeable fibrous fabric 21, 22 with each also cut into a hand shape and the fibrous fabric 21, 22 is preferred to be of PP fibrous fabric or any other similar material of fibrous fabric in thickness of 0.1 0.3 mm. Both two sheets of the plastic film 11, 12 of the outer layer and two sheets of the fibrous fabric 21, 22 of the inner layer of fibrous fabric are respectively bonded to each other. A perimeter 13 of the glove is then heat sealed using a hot press while leaving an opening 23 to admit a hand of a user.
In a process of manufacturing the disposal glove of the present invention, a sheet of fibrous fabric and a sheet of the plastic film may be 00 0 bonded to each other or having one side of the fibrous fabric sprinkled c, with a course of a plastic film to become a double-layered compound material; and then two sheets of compound material are symmetrically overlapped with the fibrous fabric as an inner layer before being placed into a hot press provided with a dies of a size of a perimeter of the glove for heat sealing into a molded glove while cutting off unwanted edge materials to complete the manufacturing process.
When compared to a process of manufacturing a disposable o00 0 glove of the prior art, the present invention will not significantly increase 10 work hours since only one additional process of having two sheets of plastic film bonded to an upper surface and a lower surface of the fibrous fabric is required.
Design of the inner layer 2 of the present invention allows hand sweats to get away by a wicking effect of the fibrous fabric to keep hand dry and clean; meanwhile, the fibrous fabric in the disposable glove of the present invention provides comfortable hand touch for user, that may improve work safety and efficiency. The outer layer 1 maintains its basic function of keeping away water and humidity. Therefore, the present invention provides significant progressiveness when compared to the disposable glove of the prior art.
Accordingly, the present invention fully meets elements of a patent. However, it is to be noted that the preferred embodiments disclosed in the specification and the accompanying drawings are not limiting the present invention; and that any construction, installation, or characteristics that is same or similar to that of the present invention should fall within the scope of the purposes and claims of the present invention.
