There have been many proposals for the anchoring of said items in soft foundation resulting in the disadvantages that they are a time consuming exercise and require retention of parts.
For many people the erection of umbrellas and such is a difficult task sometimes resulting in a dangerous situation or unstable support for the object. This invention Salleviates the difficulties in instillation resulting in a secure anchorage as well SInstillation consists of standing the invention in the appropriate location whilst holding the vertical swivel handle, folding out the rotate handle to a horizontal position and rotating until attaining an appropriate depth. Objects can then be installed in the hollow tube and clamped off.
Claims (2)
- 2. An anchoring device for beach umbrellas, fishing rods, flags etc of claim 1 wherein to be made of corrosion resistant metal or reinforced plastic. C 3. An anchoring device for beach umbrellas, Fishing rods, flags etc of claim 1 wherein any part of the lower end to be of a suitable nature in assisting screwing into anchorage. E.g. spiral spring.
- 4. An anchoring device for beach umbrellas. Fishing rods, flags etc of claim 1 wherein the securing clamp to be a screw nut or of a offset cam nature. An anchoring device substantially as herein described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
