Description
IMPACT BED FOR BELT CONVEYOR The present invention relates to a belt conveyor, more particular, to a support device of the conveyor belt, and especially, to an impact bed of the conveyor belt. 5 Among the prior arts, the feeding section of the conveyor belt is supported by the impact idler along a width direction of the belt; the impact idler point-contacts with the conveyor belt, and does not continuously support the conveyor belt, The massive materials will seriously damage the conveyor belt by falling down from several meters above. On the occasion of no suitable support of a loading area of the belt, it is a common problem that 10 the support bracket of the idler bends and the idler trends invalidation, And, the material which falls between the idlers will result in sag of the conveyor belt and leakage of the material from a sealed board. Due to falling force of the material, the feed movement of the belt is not smooth and is easy to go misalignment. At the same time, the impact idler is easy to damage when pressed, the use life of the idler becomes short and operation fees are 15 increased. The technical problem which this invention aims to settle among the prior arts is: Because among the prior arts, the feeding section of the conveyor belt is supported by the impact idler along a width direction of the belt; the impact idler point-contacts with the conveyor belt, and does not continuously support the conveyor belt. The massive materials 20 will seriously damage the conveyor belt by falling down from several meters above, On the occasion of no suitable support of a loading area of the belt, it is a common problem that the support bracket of the idler bends and the idler trends invalidation, And, the material which falls between the idlers will result in sag of the conveyor belt and leakage of the material from a sealed board. Due to falling force of the material, the feed movement of 25 the belt is not smooth and is easy to go misalignment. At the same time, the impact idler is easy to damage when pressed, the use life of the idler becomes short and operation fees are increased. In accordance with the present invention, there is provided an impact bed for a conveyor belt comprising a steel support bracket, wherein an impact washer is fixedly 30 disposed on an upper side of said steel support bracket, a support surface layer is fixed disposed on the an upper side of said impact washer, said support surface layer is -2 constituted by a plurality of GRP pieces. The abbreviation GRP appearing throughout the specification stands for "Glass Reinforced Plastic". Further, a fire-retarded and anlistatig layer is coated on the support surface layer. 5 Further, the GRP pieces are connected to the impact washer by an adhesive structure, Alternatively, the GRP pieces are connected to the impact washer by underside fasteners. Alternatively, the GRP pieces are enchased in the impact washer. Further, the impact washer consists of a fire-retarded and anlistatig rubber layer. The GRP pieces are enchased in the fire-retarded and anlistatig rubber layer and are fixed 10 after the vulcanization of the fire-retarded and anlistatig rubber layer. Further, the impact washer is fixed on the steel support bracket by at least one steel pole member. A connecting groove is provided in the steel pole member. The steel pole member is connected to the steel support bracket by T-shaped bolts and is connected to the impact washer by a fastener. Alternatively, the steel pole is embedded in the impact 15 washer. More particular, the section of the connecting groove is T-shaped or coattail shaped. Further, the GRP pieces are of any geometric shapes, Further, the upper surfaces of one or two ends of the support surface layer are 20 beveled. Further, the impact washer and the support surface layer are groove-shaped or V shaped. The effects of the present invention are positive and obviously compared with the prior arts. Since this invention adopts groove-shaped impact washer and support. surface 25 layer to support the conveyor belt, thus the conveyor belt is not easy to go misalignment, has a good impact performance and anti-press during feeding operation, and the support surface layer which consists of GRP pieces is wearable and fire-retarded. Thus, it can be adopted even in a coal mine where exists flammable or explosive gas. The invention is described, by way of non-limiting example only, with reference 30 to the accompanying drawings in which: Fig. 1 is a view showing the structure of the impact bed for the belt conveyor -3 according to an example of the present invention. Fig. 2 is an end view of the impact bed for the belt conveyor according to an example of the present invention. Fig. 3 is a top view of the support surface layer of the impact bed for the belt 5 conveyor according to an example of the present invention. As shown in Figs. I to 3, the impact bed for the belt conveyor according to an example of the present invention consists of a steel support bracket 1, one or more impact washers 2 are fixedly disposed on an upper side of the steel support bracket 1, a support surface layer 3 is fixedly disposed on an upper side of the impact washer 2, the support 10 surface layer 3 is constituted by a plurality of ceramic pieces or GRP pieces 4, and a fire retarded and anlistatig layer is coated on the support surface layer 3. Further, the ceramic pieces or GRP pieces 4 are connected to the impact washer 2 by an adhesive structure. Alternatively, the ceramic pieces or GRP pieces 4 are connected to the impact washer 2 by underside fasteners. Alternatively, the ceramic pieces or GRP 15 pieces 4 are enchased in the impact washer 2. Further, the impact washer 2 consists of a fire-retarded and anlistatig rubber layer. The ceramic pieces or GRP pieces 4 are enchased in the fire-retarded and anlistatig rubber layer and are fixed after the vulcanization of the fire-retarded and anlistatig rubber layer. 20 Further, the impact washer is fixed on the steel support bracket I by at least one steel pole member 5. A connecting groove 6 is provided in the steel pole member 5. The steel pole member 5 is connected to the steel support bracket I by T-shaped bolts and is connected to the impact washer 2 by a fastener. Alternatively, the steel pole member 5 is embedded in the impact washer 2. 25 More particularly, the section of the connecting groove 6 is T-shaped or coattail shaped. Further, the ceramic pieces or GRP pieces 4 are of any geometric shapes. Further, the upper surfaces 7 of one or two sides of the support surface layer 3 are beveled. 30 Further, the impact washer and the support surface layer are groove-shaped or V shaped.
-4 While various embodiments of the present invention have been described above, it should be understood that they have been presented by way of example only, and not by way of limitation. It will be apparent to a person skilled in the relevant art that various changes in form and detail can be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope 5 of the invention.
