Description
WO 2006/049397 PCT/KR2005/003480 1 Description ANGLE ADJUSTER OF GOLF CLUB HEAD Technical Field [1] The invention relates to an angle adjuster of gold club head which may adusut the angle of the face of golf club head. Background Art [2] Golf is a sport that reacts so sensitively to the conditions like as swing form, driving shot, the kind of golf club and the state of grip. [3] Particularly, a golf player must endeavor to set exactly to address, swing form and sweet spot in order that he/she may increase the ability of golf. And, in order to increase the exactness of the direction of golf ball and driving distance, the golf club must fit into the physical condition of the player. For, the driving direction and the driving distance of golf ball are affected much by the moving direction of golf club head and the location of hitting point at the moment that the player hits the golf ball. Therefore, there is the case that the angle of the club head should be adjusted according to the physical condition or the stance posture of the player. Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem [4] Previously, angle adjustment device of golf club head has been disclosed in the prior art. However, the structure of it is complex and it is incovenient for use so that the prior angle adjustment device have not be made as a product. Technical Solution [5] The invention has been made keeping in mind the above problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the invention is to provide an angle adjuster of golf club head which may be convenient for use and whose structure is simple so that a player may use conveniently according to the physical condition or the taste with only one golf club. Advantageous Effects [6] The invention has an advantage that the player may use conveniently because he/ she may adjust the angle of a golf club head in the method of rotating the golf club head by hand and the manufacture is easy because the structure is simple. And, the invention is convenient for the players to carry with them because they may adjust the angle of the head and need not carry many golf clubs, and the invention may decrease economical burden because the players need not buy many golf clubs of high price. Brief Description of the Drawings [7] FIG. 1 is a dissembled perspective view of slant adjuster for gold club head WO 2006/049397 PCT/KR2005/003480 2 according to a first embodiment of the invention; [8] FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the embodiment of Figure 1; [9] FIG. 3 is a cross sectional view of Figure 2; [10] FIG. 4 is a dissembled perspective view showing a second embodiment of the invention; and [11] FIG. 5 is a dissembled perspective view showing a third embodiment of the invention. Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention [12] There is provided an angle adjuster of golf club head comprising : a face 11 which is formed at the front side to hit a golf ball; [13] a crown 12 which is connected to the face 11 and is formed at the upper side; [14] a hole 14 which penetrates the center of the club head body 10 longitudinally; [15] an enlarged hole 15 which is formed at the front end of the club head body 10 and whose diameter is larger than the hole 14; [16] a first irregularity 16 which is formed at the rear end of the club head body 10 in order to be provided at the periphery of the hole 14; [17] a central shaft 17 which is formed at the front surface of the neck 20 and is inserted into the hole 14; [18] a second irregularity 26 which is formed at the front surface of the neck 20 in order to be provided at the periphery of the central shaft 17; [19] a coil spring 40 which is inserted into the front end of the central shaft 17 through the enlarged hole 15; and [20] a fixing member 50 which is combined at the front end of the central shaft 17 in order to fix the coil spring 40. Mode for the Invention [21] A preferred embodiment of the invention will be described in detail below by referring to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a dissembled perspective view of head slant adjuster for gold club according to a first embodiment of the invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the embodiment of Figure 1, FIG. 3 is a cross sectional view of Figure 2, FIG. 4 is a dissembled perspective view showing a second embodiment of the invention, and FIG. 5 is a dissembled perspective view showing a third embodiment of the invention. [22] As shown in Figure 1 to Figure 3, the golf club has a club head body 10, a neck 20 and a shaft 30. And, the club head body 10 has a face 11 which is formed at the front side for hitting a golf ball, a crown 12 which is connected with the face 11 and is formed at the upper sided, and a soul 13 which connects the face 11 with the crown 12 and faces a ground.
WO 2006/049397 PCT/KR2005/003480 3 [23] The invention has basically the configuration wherein a club head body 10 is combined with a neck 20. And, a hole 14 penetrates through the center of the club head body 10, and an enlarged hole 15 is formed at the front end of the club head body 10. The enlarged hole 15 is connected with the hole 14. [24] A first and a second irregularity 16, 26 are formed in gear type and they are re spectively formed at the rear side of the club head body 10 and the front side of the neck 20. [25] A central shaft 17 is projected from the front center of the neck 20 and it may be inserted into the hole 14. [26] And, a coil spring 40 is inserted into the front end of the central shaft 17 through the enlarged hole 15 after the central shaft 17 of the neck 20 is inserted into the hole 14, and a fixing member 50 is combined at the front end of the central shaft 17 in order to fix the coil spring 40. [27] Here, the fixing member 50 is preferably a snap ring, however, it may be a nut and etc. Reference number 60 is a washer. [28] According to the invention shown in Figure 3, the first irregularity 16 and the second irregularity 29 are combined together in gear type, and the club head body 10 is stuck fast to the neck 20 by elastic force of the coil spring 40. [29] Accordingly, the slanting degree of the face 11 may be adjusted if the player lets go off the club head body 10 at the state that he/she grips the neck 20 by one hand and pulls the club head body 10 by another hand. When the player pulls the club head body 10, the coil spring 40 is shrunk and the first and the second irregularity 16, 26 are disengaged so that he/she may rotate the club head body 10. Here, if the player rotates the club head body 10 clockwise about the ground, the angle of the face 11 grows smaller. On the other hand, if the player rotates the club head body 10 counter clockwise about the ground, the angle of the face 11 grows larger. [30] Like the above, if the player adjusts the angle of the club head body 10 and lets go off it, the first and the second irregularity 16,26 are engaged together by the elastic force of the coil spring 40 so that the player may use the invention as a normal golf club. [31] And, Figure 4 shows a second embodiment of the invention, and the function of Figure 4 is as same as that of the first embodiment of the invention. However, it is a different point that a hole 24 and an enlarged hole 25 are formed at a neck 20 and a central shaft 27 is formed at a club head body 10. Further, the using method of Figure 4 is as same as that of the first embodiment. [32] And, Figure 5 shows a third embodiment of the invention, and the function of Figure 5 is as same as that of the first embodiment. However, it is a different point that the hole 14 is formed in cone shape, the first irregularity 16 is formed at the inner WO 2006/049397 PCT/KR2005/003480 4 surface of the hole 14, the central shaft 17 is formed in cone shape, and the second ir regularity 26 is formed at the outer surface of the central shaft 17. [33] It does not matter the second irregularity 26 is formed at the whole portion or the partial portion of the central shaft 17, and the second irregularity 26 is engaged with the first irregularity 16 of the hole 14. Further, the using method of Figure 5 is as same as that of the first embodiment. Industrial Applicability [34] As described above, the invention has an advantage that the player may use con veniently by adjusting the angle of golf club head the manufacture is easy. And, the invention is convenient for the users to carry with them and do not cause the user economical burden.
