Abstract

A process for preparation of an Li-polymer energy storage unit containing active electrode compositions (AEC) and conductor, where the AEC are ground and intensively mixed with conductive salts, and optionally salt additives and solvent in a first process step, mixed with a polymer binder in a second step, extruded in a third step, laminated separately with the conductor material, and the laminated AEC are optionally combined with the separator to form a sandwich is new. A process for preparation of an Li-polymer energy storage unit containing active electrode compositions (AEC) and conductor, where the AEC are ground and intensively mixed with conductive salts, and optionally salt additives and solvent in a first process step, mixed with a polymer binder in a second step, extruded in a third step, laminated separately with the conductor material, and the laminated AEC are optionally combined with the separator to form a sandwich, so that the AEC have defined structures. Independent claims are included for: (1) production of an Li-polymer battery by coating and/or rolling with polarization; (2) preparation of electrophoretic systems, diodes, sensors, or energy storage units.
