Abstract

The invention relates to a measuring device (60) for angles ( alpha ) on machined edges or apexes (48) of a workpiece (28), comprising a continuous groove (26) for receiving an edge or an apex (48). At least two rod-shaped measuring probes (38) run perpendicularly in pairs outside the groove (26) and can be displaced against the resistance of a spring (40) in the y-direction by the workpiece (28) that rests on said probes. A device (66) for recording the relative displacement of the measuring probes (38) is located opposite the measuring device (60) in the y-direction. Finally, the measuring device (60) also comprises a mechanical-electrical measuring transducer (68) for generating signals from the longitudinal displacement of the measuring probes (38) and a processor (70) comprising a stored calibration matrix for angles ( alpha ) that are to be set. According to one basic application, the measuring device is integrated into a bending die (24) of a folding press (10) and can measure bending angles ( alpha ). A calibration matrix can be generated for the measuring device (60).
