Abstract
The invention concerns a method for analysing and extracting consortium of microelements, more particularly from the microbial content of sludge or biofilms, whereby a sludge or biofilm sample, optionally diluted, is subjected to the joint, simultaneous or sequential, action of ultrasonic vibrations and an enzymatic digestion. The enzymatic digestion is carried out on a sonication supernatant using a cocktail of hydrolase enzymes. The sonication is advantageously a fractionated sonication. The sludge may be derived from a waste water purification plant.
