Abstract

The invention relates to a microreactor device for solid-phase supported synthesis, comprising at least one microreactor having a reaction chamber which comprises an inflow and an outflow. The reaction chamber is partly filled with a solid support material. A frit respectively closes the reaction chamber in the region of the inflow and the outflow, and solvents and/or reagents can be supplied via at least one inlet. The microreactor device is characterised in that a liquid and gas permeable membrane is arranged on the inlet side of the frit related to the inflow, the inlet is positioned between the membrane and the frit, and a device is provided on the side of the membrane facing the reaction chamber, said device moving the membrane in the form of oscillating deviations.
