Abstract

The invention relates to a competitive assay method, for determining the binding of molecules, with the following method steps: a) production of a solution with at least two molecular associations (A, B) interacting with each other, each comprising at least two different molecules (A, A´; B, B´), whereby the binding of at least two molecules in the solution is affected by a change in the property to be detected, b) determination of the at least one property to be detected. The invention further relates to a test method for the determination of the effect of synthetic or biological substances on the binding properties of molecules in molecular associations, comprising the following steps: - production of a solution with at least two molecular associations (A, B) interacting with each other, each comprising at least two different molecules (A, A´; B, B´), whereby the binding of at least two molecules in the solution is affected by a change in the property to be detected, addition of an analyte and determination of the at least one property to be detected.
