Abstract
A voltage (Udd) formed by a rectifier (12) passes as a command variable to a clock generator (14) with a clock frequency adjusting device. With a high field intensity on an antenna the voltage is adjusted downwards by raising the clock frequency for a digital circuit (10). If further increase in the clock frequency of a clock signal (CLK) is no longer possible, a charging pump (16) for an EPROM (18) switches on to increase its writing speed.
