Description

ILLUMINATI LIMITED ACN: 099 393 503 REGISTRATION OF XBOX.NET DEVICE PATENT ADAM WEISHAUPT ETHAN ILLUMINATI 2001 The XBOX.NET (AKA "STARGATE") system is a combined accessory module; software DVD package; and Internet based Application Service Providing Extranet that allows for specific interactive multimedia services and content to be controlled and distributed to and from the MICROSOFT XBOX console. The service is provided by means of broadband Internet connection, specifically a Virtual Private Network (VPN) that already exists in all Australian homes that are connected to a digital telephone exchange. Either a DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) or FOXTEL connection is used however other methods of intercommunication are possible depending on locale and available technology. The accessory module consists of an individual Central Processing Unit and array of memory and communication circuits that plug directly into the XBOX broadband connection socket and then to the DSLFOXTELOPTUS ET.AL connection. The DVD software must be running at all times to access the XBOX.NET extranet and is based on the ASP and .NET programming languages running under a JAVA engine and Graphical User Interface. Specific services that ILLUMINATI LIMITED shall provide as contracted or otherwise arranged with the relevant bodies is a proprietary VIDEO-ON-DEMAND system that allows persons to use their XBOX console to select through a menu (derived from our software and **.adapter) the latest release movie titles as well as any other titles available on DVD which are ultimately stored in a cache library at our Network Control Center.
This specific service is called "iTV" and "webTV". Further future services include automated bill payments, educational broadcasts, full HDTV capability whereby .o all XBOX.NET services will confirm to the HDTV protocol. The VIDEO-ON- DEMAND service will operate on a basis where persons can simply key in the name of a movie title the previously knew and if available in our database will such be accessed. The proprietary cache protocol that is used as part of our software allows for instance 10,000 clients to simultaneously watch the same movie sourced from the one single DVD disk in our library. FOXTEL and OPTUS services will also be relayed as well as existing standard television. XBOX.NET is a middleman by-contract service provider that simply integrates existing services into one easily accessible Interface yet is unique by the definition of the cache library and proprietary DVD software that is executed on the XBOX console itself.
Furthermore this applies to the actual adapter that links the console to the Internet VPN connection.
ILLUMINATI LIMITED ACN: 099 393 503 REGISTRATION OF XBOX.NET DEVICE PATENT (PAGE 2) ADAM WEISHAUPT ETHAN ILLUMINATI The secondary function of the XBOX.NET (AKA STARGATE) system is Telephony. By plugging a standard telephone handset into the XBOX.NET adapter which links the XBOX console to the DSL (etc) line the Voice is converted by the adapter into TCP/IP Internet data and thus travels to our Network Control Center with respective identification whereby we divert it to the cheapest possible carrier from a wide selection. This allows the consumer to avoid paying the fees of the primary carrier (ie TELSTRA) other than for supply of the DSL (etc) line that is PERMANENT and contracted to us in wholesale instead of a direct consumer-Telstra arrangement and therefore avoiding them DIRECTLY but not INDIRECTLY. Again this service is based on the DVD software and our actual XBOX.NET adapter/plug-in module for the XBOX console.
