Abstract
The invention concerns a burner for the combustion of gaseous fuels and gas-liquid fuel mixtures. According to the invention, disposed in the burner surface (1) of the combustion nozzle or burner tube are flame bores (3) which are arranged at least partially in the form of a substantially triangular perforation pattern. The spacings (a) between the bores and the bore diameter (D) are dimensioned such that the spacing to bore diameter ratio (a/D) assumes a value ranging from approximately 2 to approximately 4.
