Abstract

This device is intended for the manufacture of packaging trays (1) two opposite parallel walls of which are inclined in relation to a plane perpendicular to the plane of closing of the walls. The two moulding or shaping pieces (12, 13) provided in this device are supported by mobile supports (14, 15) which are capable of ensuring their displacement along an axis (Z-Z') parallel to the inclined walls of these pieces, which correspond to the inclined walls of the packaging tray (1) to be made. This axis of displacement is thus inclined in the same manner in relation to a plane perpendicular to the plane of closing of this mould, which makes it possible to use simple moulding pieces constituted by an external female piece (12) and an internal stamp (13). The present invention also relates to a packaging plant incorporating such a manufacturing device (8), the latter being followed by a station (17) capable of ensuring the welding of a closure film (18) on the rim (3) of each of the trays (1). <??>The packagings made by means of this device and this plant can be used for packaging various products, in particular food products. <IMAGE>
