Abstract

This terminal is of the type comprising a hole for receiving the end of a conductor and a screw for locking this end inside this hole. This terminal (1) assumes the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped whose two opposite faces (7) have a shoulder (8). In combination there is provided an elastic immobilising clamp (9), having a generally U- shape, formed by one of the ends of a metallic coupling strip (10). The median arm (12) of this clamp is arranged against the respective wall (11) of the housing of the corresponding device. As far as the lateral arms (13) are concerned, they are capable of receiving between them the connection terminal (1) and of immobilising it by virtue of a projecting elbow (14) provided on each of its arms and which is capable of bearing against the shoulder (8) of the corresponding face of this terminal.
