Abstract
The invention relates to an integration block for pneumatic control circuits of, in particular, pressurised fluid actuated apparatuses having, with the interposition of at least one seal (9), plate bodies (2, 3) which can be fixed pressuretightly to one another and which are provided with channels (5) aligned preferably essentially parallel to the longitudinal centre planes of the plate bodies, and perforations (6) running perpendicular to these channels, and/or inlet or outlet openings (4) for the connection of control elements, circuit elements and the like which can be fastened to a plate body (3), the seal being arranged in a moulded recess (7) on the side of the plate body, which moulded recess has a moulded recess rim (8) surrounding the seal (9) essentially positively. In order to be able to work in a manner which is operationally reliable and advantageous in terms of assembly and handling even at high operating pressures of, for example, 10 bar, at least some of the provided channels (5) and/or perforations (6) are at least partially covered by projections (7.1) from the bottom of the moulded recess. <IMAGE>
