A container wherein a tablet drop-out opening (A) is provided below a storage space (V), and in which a spring-loaded slide (3) can be displaced, limited by stops, which slide releases one of the tablets (2) in each case for dropping out and continues towards the outside in an actuation key (4), and wherein a chamber (K), formed at least partially by the slide (3), is provided in the region below the storage space (V) for receiving a multiplicity of tablets (2) arranged successively dropping down in the dispensing direction, to which chamber (K) there is assigned a rolling ramp (12) and a projection (17) which stops the penultimate tablet (2) from moving in the direction of the drop-out opening (A) when the slide is displaced.
