Abstract

1. Connecting piece provided for fitting between a rotary flange installed in a water main and a device (46) connected to the rotary flange, with recesses (5, 15, 17) for connection to the water supply (3) and to the water drain (4) of the water main and for the fitting of a return flow preventer (52) and a pressure reducer (25), characterized in that the recesses (5, 15, 17) have a centre bore (5) linearly traversing the connecting piece, connectable with the water supply (3) and the supply for the device (46) and receiving the return flow preventer (52), where as well on the side of the water supply and drain (3, 4) a first annular member (15) directly surrounding part of the centre bore (5) and connectable to the water drain and on the side of the device (46) a second annular member (17) directly surrounding another part of the centre bore (5) and connectable with the return flow line of the device (46) and that the two annular members (15, 17) are interconnected by means of the pressure reducer (25) essentially located outside the annular members (15, 17).
