Abstract
Contact drive arrangement comprises a contact drive unit connected in parallel with a time-delay drive unit (30) which operates with an auxiliary contact (36). The time-delay drive unit has a damping element to lengthen the time period for a switching process compared to the time period for a switching process with the contact drive unit. Preferred Features: The contact drive unit is a hydro-mechanical drive unit. The time-delay drive unit is an electrical or pneumatic drive unit.
