Abstract
1. Plantar support for ski boots comprising a rigid shaped member (4) having its top surface lined with a flexible material (5), characterized by the fact that said lining (5) comprises at least one integral lateral lug (6, 7, 8, 9) disposed externally of said top surface wherein said lug may be either disposed between the foot and the boot so as to reduce the inner width of the boot or removed by cutting or folding back under the plantar support so as to increase the width of the boot.
