Abstract
FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Surgical unit includes working organ of surgical instrument, which contains clamping element and is made with possibility of introducing staples into tissue. Detachable sleeve is made with possibility of travel on distal end of clamping element for location around, at least, part of clamping element. Detachable sleeve has possibility of reverse travel on distal end of clamping device for separation from clamping device. Integral piece of reinforcing material contains first part and second part. Second part is fixed to sleeve in such a way that when sleeve is located around, at least, part of clamping element, working organ has possibility of introducing staples into first part of integral piece of reinforcing material and into tissue. Disconnecting device is located between first part and second part. Disconnecting device is made with providing possibility of separating first part from second part in such a way that first part remains connected to tissue by means of stables.EFFECT: surgeon can fix piece of reinforcing material to working organ in a precise and fast way.6 cl, 63 dwg
