Abstract
The device has an insulating frame (1) and at least one contact plate (2) held by the frame and on which the heating elements can be placed. The contact plate is held in the frame in a force-locking manner. The contact plate is completely covered by the frame at least in a limited section of its length. The plate is held in grooves in longitudinal frame struts (1.1) over most of its length. An independent claim is also included for the following: a heating device and a heating element.
