Abstract
Lifting station comprises an energy storage unit (46) arranged on a lifting carriage (22) to actuate a conveying device (38). A charging station (48) charges the energy storage unit and comprises energy transfer devices (47a, 47b) which allow energy to be transferred to the energy storage unit when the lifting carriage is in the lifting position. The energy is electrical energy. An energy-generating device is fixed to the lifting carriage and comprises an electrical generator. The energy storage unit is an accumulator.
