Abstract
An arrangement for the precise positional coupling of a first material web (1), comprising elements (B) of sections separated at a separation point (T) with section length (A1), with a second material web (2), comprising markings (2a) with a given separation (A2) from each other, corresponding to the section length (A1) with an optional difference of up to (D), comprises a first device (3), by means of which the both material webs (1, 2) are coupled together. The both material webs (1, 2) are sectionally further transported by the given separation (A2), using a transport device (5). An element (B) is applied to the first material web (1), by means of a second device (4), when, after further transporting both material webs (1, 2) by one section, the length of the first material web (1), between the first device (3) and the second device (4), corresponds to a given multiple of the section length (A1), optionally with an offset, adjusted by means of an offset device (6, 6a). A sensor (7) is provided, by means of which the difference (D) can be recorded. The offset is adjusted depending on the difference (D).
