Abstract

The invention relates to a round plug connector with two corresponding, axially-engaging coupling pieces for the connection or interruption of an electrical line, which guarantee a secure plugging-in or unplugging of coupling pieces and furthermore, reliably disconnects the signal processing peripheral from the signal and power lines with the least possible interference. Contact elements (10) are arranged with a mechanical projection, components (1, 11) of an insulation body with plug codes (9a, 9b, 13) are embodied for mutual guidance and the inner components (11) of the insulation body are provided for housing the contact elements (10), whereby the outer components (1) concentrically enclose the inner components (11) in a radial direction along the whole length and both components engage in the other with a positive fit, by means of a coaxially-arranged internal assembly coding (12, 17).
