Abstract

The labelling device has a conveyor (2) and at least one product carrier (4) for the consumer product. The product carrier has two windows for access to the front and back of the inserted consumer product. A first label dispenser (18) is mounted on the conveyor for attaching the labels (8) to the front of the product whilst a second label dispenser (22) is mounted on the conveyor to attach labels to the back of the product. Independent claim describes method for attaching labels where a first label dispenser attaches a label through a first window onto the front of the product and a second dispenser attaches a label through a second window onto the back of the product.
