Abstract

Dispenser (1) for discharging a liquid or pasty medium comprises a container (2) for the medium, and a discharge arrangement designed so that a spring element (6) can be locked or released by a locking arrangement (8) in any position of a displacement element (5). Independent claims are also included for: (1) Exchangeable container for the above dispenser; and (2) Discharge arrangement for a dispenser for discharging a liquid or pasty medium.
