Abstract

A grid support for a surface drain is made of U-shaped metal brackets which are joined by link plates (8) bolted between the sections. The separate sections are supported on the bottom of the gully by hollow feet. The link plates link the two side strips, and the end sections, into a continuous support for the grid sections. In use they provide a secure support and are not visible when the grids are placed into the supports.
