Abstract

A powder storage and filling pouch has a tapering cross-section from the centre downwards and a pouring outlet at the bottom with a flexible edge sealed by a plastics film of lower strength than the pouch. Also claimed is a device for metering powder into a solvent comprises a powder storage container (1), a metering outlet for the powder, a solvent feed system (4,5) which flushes powder through the outlet, a cutter (7) in the container and the above powder storage and filling pouch.
