Abstract

The invention starts out from condensing boiler installations in which the waste-gas conduits are assigned one or more heat exchangers (7, 11, 14), through which the waste gases flow, and a suction fan (12) for the waste gases. In order to be able to monitor these installations simply and safely in particular however to be able to assess whether they are in working order, the suction fan (12), which is arranged at the end of the useful section of the waste-gas conduit, is equipped with a temperature meter (thermometer) or temperature sensor (18) located in the pressure stub. <IMAGE>
