Abstract

The dispenser comprises a casing (1) made in two parts. This casing contains a base plate (2) and an upper part (3) in the form of a cover, the opening of which can be placed on the base plate. A column (5) is secured to the underside of the base plate (2). The upper part (3) is connected to the base plate (2) by a hinge (4). The stock of bags is in the form of rolls (37) and such a stock of bars is in the upper part (3). The wall (11 or 13) of the upper part (3) nearest the roll (37) concerned has a slot (20) through which the bags can leave the casing. There is a device (40) for storing the rolls (37) arranged in the upper part (3). This storage device (40) comprises at least one pair of holders (42) for a supply roll (37). This dispenser may also be installed outdoors.
