Abstract

The system has profiled rails (10) which are to be fixed vertically and have a cross-sectional profiled shape which allows at least three support arms (20,21,22) to hang horizontally side by side from the rail spreading out at an angle to each other. A support body having a basic shape other than rectangular is placed on the support arms. At the bottom (29) the rail has a standing tube (30) which can be fitted into a holder shaft (33) of a stand (31). The stand preferably has a semi-circular base surface with the holder tube lying in the centre of the relevant full circle. The profiled rail can have through bores (14) which are formed between vertical slits (17,18,19). A container (26) can be made of plastics for use with the support system.
