Abstract
The method uses a concrete base to which a supporting layer of asphalt is applied. Monobloc sleepers each with a central recess in the underside, bear against the asphalt on both sides of it. Each sleeper (5) contains a central drilling (8), via which after laying a blind hole (9) is drilled, extending into the base (2). Adhesive is delivered into the hole, after which a bolt or other fixing device (13) is driven into the drilling (8) and hole (9). This can move in the axial direction in the drilling (8) and bears against its wall. The adhesive used can have two ingredients contained in a cartridge inserted in the blind hole.
