Abstract
A temperature switch (1), which has contact parts (4, 6) which can be made contact with from the outside and are stationary, arranged at a distance from one another, is developed further and has a bimetallic spring (8), especially a snap disc, and a moving contact element which can be switched by the bimetallic spring between a closed position and an interruption position, and, in the closed position, causes a low-resistance electrical contact between the contact parts. The further development provides that a plastic injection-moulded part (7) with a finite electrical resistance is arranged at least between the contact parts, at least touching both, which part (7) has a high resistance in comparison with the electrical resistance between the contact parts via the contact element in the closed position of the latter. <IMAGE>
